I have been here quite a few times over the years I’ve had to wear scrubs for my job. This will probably be the last. I had called ahead so they could order some scrubs in I ordered 2 tops and 2 bottoms.
When I got to the store they pulled my order and I was missing a bottom and the woman that was “helping” me pointed out multiple times on the form that only 1 bottom was ordered. She also told me that she personally didn’t place the order so it wasn’t her fault. Umm ok but someone still made a mistake and now I would have to make another trip in.
But also since the order was placed with the company credit card that was not mine and I didn’t have the money to pay today they refused to order them for me. If a company makes a mistake shouldn’t they be the ones to try to fix it. I wasn’t asking for a free pair a scrubs I just wanted them to order them for me and I would have gotten them the info the following business day.
Finally I had enough I asked for my receipt and left.

I had a great experience here. The person who helped me was so helpful and jumped through a lot of hoops to get me the scrubs I wanted when I needed them. Because I was coming in during the same time a lot of nursing schools start, their selection was super limited which totally understandable. Thanks Freedom Company!
It has a pretty good supply of scrubs, and the staff was helpful. That said, they were out of mediums in the brand I wanted (Grey's Anatomy) and it felt a bit cluttered, but I found some other scrubs that worked fine.
Fitting, flattering, fabulous, not to mention comfortable & affordable! Great customer service as well!
The new ownership is INCREDIBLE! My order got a little lost in translation when the change in ownership happened. The owner called me personally to make sure everything got fixed, and helped me get what I needed same day. Looking forward to future purchases! :)
Terrible place. I went in dec 26 to get 14 shirts for my business. I wanted to add lettering to the shirts and they said okay. To wait 2 weeks I said okay that works 2 weeks went by and I called they told me to wait one more week. Frustrated I said that's fine. I didn't receive one message or a call for about 2 weeks I was upset and called them. Because at the beginning they made me pay for everything so it wasn't like I didn't pay them. When I called they said they'd get back to me and didn't. last week I called them Friday for the last time really upset and the guy who is the manger or owner of the place said latest would be Monday. I went in today 15 minutes before they closed only to find out that they had only done 7 of my shirts in 1 month and about 2 weeks! I was really upset and they asked me three times while I was there that they could finish the rest and send them to me by mail. I said no thanks give me what you have 3 times before they actually gave me the shirts. Once there I paid them again and didn't even get a discount for all the trouble they have caused me. I get home just to find out they didn't take the tag off 2 of my shirts now I have to go back so they do it. Terrible place don't go here.
Good company, always friendly and willing to help, they have anything from cheap scrubs to really nice 100$ scrubs. Only 4 stars because I feel like they don't have as many options for men.

Very bad customer service Not even a hello can i help you? or a thank you, have a good day As i was browsing around looking for scrubs (first time buyer) no one offered to help, instead i got nasty glares from a red head staff member And when i asked to use the fitting room, i got no response, she just walked off, came back and opened one of the doors then walked off again in mid sentence of me saying thank you At the check out/register, she still didnt say a word Talk about feeling Awkward Sorry but unless they get a FRIENDLIER STAFF, i wont be going there anytime soon I dont like feeling Awkward or dealing with people with no Manners
Brand new scrubs and the seems on the inside of the leg aren't sewn all the way through so there are holes down the inside of my new pant leg. If I lived closer or it was more convienent to get down to the store I'd return my scrubs in a heart beat.
Great Company! Always good service and staff very attentive. Chase, the manager, is always there when you need him. They make sure, and go the extra mile, to help you find the right scrub. Highly recommended.
The general manager, Chase, was incredible to work with and very knowledgeable. Whatever it is you need he can get! I would definitely recommend Freedom Co for all your scrubs, jerseys and apparel needs.
