The cashier was extremely rude to me because I asked her to bag something a certain way. She just dumped it in the bag and cans went everywhere. I told her I would put the lip balm in my purse but she ignored me. I later found it under the heavy bottled water. I'm elderly and disabled. I feel like they are taking their agressions out on me. I'm a good customer and I'm never rude even though several of the female cashier's have been rude to me. I talked to an assistant manager about it but apparently they ignored it. I was hoping they would have a talk about customer service to their employees. I like the store but want to be treated courteously. I don't think that's too much to ask. Marysville Fred Meyer.
Good grocery and garden departments for a department store. Generally keeps the shelves well stocked. Usually has enough checkouts open so waits aren't long.
Jewelry department is very frustrating. Had my wedding ring inspected around Christmas. Noticed last night a tiny diamond came out. I called and an employee looked up my account and said there was a lifetime warranty and to bring it in. I came in from Lake Stevens and the lady was so rude to me and said unless I had my paperwork she couldn't fix it. I said the lady on the phone told me they could look it up, plus I had it inspected at that location a few months ago. She was so rude and said that lady on the phone was new and if I didn't have my paperwork with me she would get fired. Thanks for false information and wasting my gas and time. I will not be returning.
I had a cart because my baby was in it, I left after the jewelry experience without purchasing anything and on the way out the cart wouldn't go any further and an alarm went off at the door. This lady came over and deactivated the wheels and said it's because I didn't buy anything. So if someone doesn't buy anything, treat them like they did something wrong?
That's the very last time I go there.
Great store. I have shopped at Fred Myers for over thirty years and have no complaints. Well stocked shelves, high quality produce, great meats, wonderful bakery, and the deli - well, it is my favorite place for a quick meal. Go there and try it out, compare prices and products. I believe you might be surprised. Do not forget to try the Kroger products. You will save money and get the same quality. I have been buying Kroger since shopping at Freddie's.
I enjoyed shopping in the organic isles here. Always enjoy their $1 sale on veggies and fruits too.
Great store. Wide variety of goods. Store is clean and well run. They have a kids place to make shopping easier for mom. Awesome produce and bakery.
I really like Fred Meyer. It's a lot like a department store with most of everything. Prices are pretty good in every department. One stop shopping for groceries, hardware, sports equipment, clothing, shoes, electronics, jewelry, pharmacy, delicatessen, gas station and more. It's like a super Walmart with higher quality goods.
Great store. Usually clean and organized. Lines are usually a bit long for checkout so I tend to use the self checkout since they have a lot of them available. Great produce section. Deli meats are expensive but worth the quality. Parking is always a zoo. Staff are always friendly. I enjoy the organic section. Wish they had a few more bulk bins. Great store overall.
They have a nice selection of organics. A gallon of organic milk right now is only 5.99. Good quality.
Parking is not great. Made worse recently by the store choosing to close up one of their entrances. One exit has just one cashier, takes a while to cash out. Signage could be better. Parking needs to be improved. Lighting for night time also needs improvement. Otherwise since near by I do visit time from time.
Stores located plenty of parking everything you need's inside lots of people in there to give you a directions being the store is fairly large my spot for you to sit relax have coffee donut
Good selection, average meat dept. Be careful when checking out. Caught 3 incorrect prices which they changed. Didn't catch the 50 cent mistake on the evening per doughnut price. So, I'm down a dollar on 2 doughnuts.
Fred Meyer is one of my goto stores. It's convenient, there is a wide selection of items including local and organic, and earning point for gas station discounts is super easy. Their prices are reasonable too.
Great one stop shopping store. Top quality produce and friendly competent staff. It doesnt hurt that it is only one mile from home and easy parking too.
Like the woman's clothing and shoes. It's also convenient that this store has a Starbucks inside. I can always find coupons in the newspaper or online.
A conventional Great Western fresh and organic produce. Friendly staff. Our favourite place, the deli section, great ready to eat food and affordable prices.
I shop there for the prices. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The store inside is kept clean an the outside is kept up, but could look better. For example, the bushes near the handicap parking area, could be cleared out from the underside. It is filthy. Over all I am very satisfied with my experience shopping at Fred Meyer
All in one shopping venue. Has a fairly good prices and decent organic, vegan and vegitarian selection(albeit expensive).
Really wish Fred Meyers (Kroger Foods), would ban Palm oil from all their foods and products as some other major grocery chains have agreed to. The bakery is nice except I see the ingredients in their freshly baked cakes and other items usually contain a lot of hydrogenated palm and cottenseed oils in their baked goods. Not only are these terrible for our health, but palm oil is really bad for the environment. The ground burns and smokes sending CO2 into the atmosphere for 10 years (also destroys endangered wildlife habitats).
Otherwise, a good store with often great prices. Good reward points with gas discounts, and coupons using your rewards card.
Fred Meyers has convenient hours. Open until 11:00 PM 7 days a week.
Decent place to shop. Wish they had more competitive pricing. It's popular which can make finding close parking difficult
