  No problems - very basic property as advertised - everything worked One set of sheets was for twin - not double - but we had brought extras ourselves. We have used Holland 2x in last 4 years for Folley Beach Rentals - Everything went nicee - from online reservation - to arrival - to departure. This was a very basic property, but affordable Ocean Front rental. Property could use some upgrades - but that would probably impact rental fee and it s nice to rent for $1200 a week.

  Fred Holland Realty saved our vacation! On our first night of vacation staying at one of their rentals we encountered an "issue" that made it very unpleasant for us to stay there. Not only did LaJuan respond immediately to my frantic phone calls (on a Sunday) but found us another lovely home to stay in right away! The staff was pleasant, helpful and did an amazing job to save our vacation from disaster. First rate customer service!

  Accomodations were exceptional. Staff was very accomodating. would love to rent this property again. We love Folly Beach! My sister & I were raised in Charleston & live elsewhere now & its so nice to come home! Hope to see you next year!

  The appliances were great and the stand alone ice machine was very nice. However, the furnishings/bedding/furniture were very old and worn. I probably would not recommend this particular house because of those concerns. In addition, sheets/towels were old and of very poor quality. The beachfront access, and size of house is great but the house is desperately in need of new mattresses, towels, sheets, furniture and interior painting.

  Stayed in a great oceanfront home a few years ago, Fred Holland Realty made sure it was an awesome experience. We had such a great time I sent many family members back to book again with Fred Holland Realty. They had such a great time on their visits that we continue to refer friends and business associates to them for a great Vacation. Looking forward to coming back again myself really soon.

  Very nice location and the place was nice. Elevator is great for everything. It would have been nice to have a charcoal grill on the premises. Parking was great. Quiet area. Nice balcony. We all thought it is a very nice place. My friend and us will definitely suggest this to friends. Mrs Kennedy was excellent to work with, so was Ann. Yes, we would do this again.

  We showed up late after driving for 9 hours. The realtor knew we would be arriving late and they were to leave the key for us. The key was not there. We called Ms. Kennedy (the after hours emergency) but she wouldn't answer. I sit writing this at 3:30 am with 4 kids in the car and no available hotels in the area. Apparently Ms. Kennedy is the owner. Avoid this place and any rentals associated under their managemnt.

  I have never submitted a negative review on anything in my life however, I do not want anyone to have the same awful experience we did when traveling to Folly Beach so I am posting this information. We rented from Fred Holland Realty in May 2016 and it was the worst travel experience we have ever had (would have given them 0 stars but in order to post you had to at least choose 1 star.). We had bed bugs in our house (1568 East Ashley) and the customer service was awful. One of the ladies in our group had a terrible reaction to the bites which took over a week to heal. LaJuan Kennedy was the manager. We called their emergency number 3 times and left voicemails as soon as the woman started having a reaction & we suspected bed bugs. It took 3 hours to finally reach LaJuan and she told us there was nothing they could do since it was Sunday. After waiting for 6 hours they finally sent someone to the house who confirmed there was an infestation in one of the bedrooms. We spent the rest of the day cleaning, packing, and throwing out all luggage and any items that could be carriers of the bed bugs since we obviously did not want to bring any into our own homes. She did refund our rent however, did not cover any other expenses including all of the items we had to throw out plus medical expenses for the infected woman. I tried to follow up with them several times after our stay and they never returned my emails. Fred Holland Realty completely lacks professionalism and should not be in business. They do not have guest reviews on their website so this was one of the only spots I could find to try and get this information out to any future visitors and/or property owners.

  Condo never cleaned. Hair in tub. Dog fur on floors and carpets. Kitchen utensils dirty. An inch of dust on fans and sprinklers. They expect u to make the beds and then strip beds and place in piles before leaving. Totally disgusting company to rent from

  There are certain basic things that a family dropping almost $3000 on a week rental expects.
  A couple were supplied by our stay but some were surprisingly absent and rude.
  1.Front door knob that fell off and was made of thin plastic.
  2. No toilet paper spindle.
  3. Warped boards on the deck with exposed nails.... Some rusted and pointed like a small spear.
  4. Front door opens one third of the way because the floor was SO warped.
  5. The entire house moves in the wind...like a boat!!'
  6. Kitchen sink has very little water pressure.
