  Everyone is very positive and polite and treat you like family. Any questions I had were always answered promptly by my team via call back or email. Over all an amazing group of people that work so hard to help you through whatever situation you may have.

  Good law firm. They answered any question I had and always kept me informed. Jim Frasier, Will Bruner, and the rest of the staff on my case were tremendous help! They went out of their way to help me in any way they could. Definitely recommend.

  Adam Burnett was the lawyer who helped my son with a criminal matter. He handled the case so well. And my son's life is great now that this is resolved. I’ve dealt with Frasier, Frasier and Hickman on some HR matters a well. They are high quality legal firm you can count on. They treat you like a person. Not just a case.

  I've only had a couple instances of dealing with lawyers and law firms in the past, but I always hear stories of how awful of an experience they can be.
  
  That was far from my experience with this firm however. I worked with Frank Frasier, and he was absolutely fantastic. Always kept me informed and seemed confident from the beginning, which helped considering my relative inexperience with everything.
  
  If I ever have to deal with what I've been going through the past couple of years (I certainly hope not), I know where I'll be going. I recommend you do too.
