  I was online looking at cars just seeing what was around Sioux Falls. Stumbled on a gorgeous Camaro SS. Sent them an email to check if it was still available, received a response within an hour with a link to the car. I went to check it out and take it for a drive. When I got there I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. The salesman Mike knew exactly what I was there for and had everything ready to go, showed me the car and handed over the keys telling me to take it for a drive and make sure I love it. After getting back from the drive he asked how I liked it, at no point pressuring me to buy. I financed through them which was very simple and quick, they offered me the extended warranty but didn't try to sell me on any other bells and whistles. I've bought a few cars from dealerships and this was by far the most pleasant experience I've had. Spent a total of maybe 1.5 hours there test drive included. Overall, great price, great experience, and very satisfied.

  I was in Iraq about to come home for leave and started surfing the net to see what classic cars were out there - just idly checking things out not really planning on buying. Since I live near the Sioux Falls area, I started there first. Stumbled across this gem and after looking it over on line had a friend go check it out for me. He was very impressed, so I decided I had to have it!
  
  Mike Denbow was excellent to work with and made the process of buying the truck easy, no pressure. He even agreed to store the truck for me until I got home. By the time I got in to Sioux Falls, I had already bought and paid for it, a 1995 F150 4x4 with a little over 29,000 miles on it. Flawless. Took delivery of it and am having a blast! Compliments left and right! Only thing I've done to it was replace the original tires for safety reasons. New ones make the ride that much more better.

  I purchased a vehicle a couple of weeks ago and couldn't be happier with the experience. I worked closely with Paul. He was patient and eased my anxiety about a variety of topics/questions. Paul didn't hesitate to prepare any vehicle I wanted to test drive and allowed me ample time to drive around and feel comfortable. I received an awesome trade in deal as well. 100% recommend this business. I am in LOVE with my new car. It was a welcoming experience.

  Car shopping at Frankman was about as good as it gets. They had my dream car, and Joe really went the extra mile to get me into it. He handled my trade, set up shipping (all the way to CA) for both cars, and made it all seamless. A pleasure to work with, would absolutely buy from them again. Thanks again guys!

  This was, by far, the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Their pricing was good, trade-in was fair, and salesman (Robby) was extremely helpful. There was none of the typical high pressure sales pitch. The financing procedure took mere minutes.
  The vehicle I bought hadn't been detailed yet, so I was given a loaner. In the day that my new vehicle was being detailed, their mechanic found a problem, and they repaired it without hesitation.
