  Nick came this morning to inspect the areas around our home and found that wasps had made a nest in the fascia area above vents close to the roof. He took a ladder from his truck and climbed up to move the vinyl paneling that had moved apart creating a hole and opportunity for the wasps to build a nest. He got rid of the nest and readjusted the vinyl paneling to close the gap. He also took care of the areas around our home with care. Such meticulous care is wonderful and hard to find these days. I believe that FOX Pest Control really goes the extra mile to provide excellence in service. Plus, they always communicate well letting us know exactly when service is scheduled and check on what we need in particularly for that day and season. Nick was great and the company's service is the same.

  Nick Bean's friendly and outgoing demeanor was so appreciated. In todays world of unhappy and negative people, I was a wonderful experience to work with someone who truly loves his job. Thank you NICK BEAN!!

  Jared has been to our home twice to help with our mouse problem. He's very professional, work a mask and protective gear to help us all feel safe, and took the time to explain to us in detail what he found and the best way to fix it. Would definitely recommend him! If you find a mouse, don't wait like we did - call Fox right away!

  Please do not knock on my door at 8:25p for a D2D cold call. There's nothing more off putting than this sales tactic and it's completely unprofessional at this hour of the day. Your salesperson showed up earlier in the day and gave the "neighborhood discount" spiel and did not have a business card or marketing material to leave behind when he was told I was too busy working to proceed with an unsolicited consultation. I understand you're trying to expand your business but these aggressive tactics do not sit well with me. Best of luck.

  Terry was awesome. Although we couldn't meet face to face because I was working on the house... AND we just got a new puppy so I didn't want to get him and my older barking since I work on the phones. Terry text me when he was here, I explained the situation so he text me when he was done with certain areas so I was able to keep the dogs quiet. It was great and truly appreciated.
  As for the actual services it's been raining so I haven't been able to go outside much. Lol. But the first night I did and my yard was so peaceful. Not buzzing with tons of bugs. (I'm a city girl still adjusting)
