They are very patient and professional. Dan Nygard was very helpful. He did everything that he told me he would do. Man of his word. They are honest. I live seven hours away and I will always check their inventory before I check my local places when I need a car. Hey its worth the trip because the U.P is beautiful and Fox Negaunee Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is the place to buy a car!

Service dept. ABSOLUTELY went above and beyond getting a Technician to repair my vehicle on a SATURDAY as I was working out of town M-F for 4 consecutive weeks. OUTSTANDING service Fox of Negaunee!!! They truly are "ONLY THE BEST"!!!

Non-pushy sales consultant (Bill was absolutely great). Wide selection of inventory to look at both at that location and online at other locations. Everyone easy to get along with. Understood our needs and concerns. Loved the tour of the facility, 20% coupon on parts (which we utilized right away on super cheap WeatherTech floor mats-so excited about that!), and the thorough tour of the vehicle itself. I've never had a sales person go through all the bells and whistles before and it was very nice to have that!
