Great selection of quality gear that you just can't get at REI or Willi's. The prices are extremely competitive and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Customer service here is superb. One of the employees tended to us quickly, was very knowledgeable about all models and types of snowboards, and up to date with latest trends. Great, competitive pricing with a solid selection of ski equipment. All in all a wonderful shopping experience unrivaled within the Pittsburgh Area!

Recently purchased Black Pearls from Fox Chapel. I have not used them yet but the folks there spent a substantial amount of time reviewing my ski style and the terrain I ski most. I can't wait to get these skis on the mountain. Thanks Fox Chapel!

Service was great. Was assisted for more than two hours to put together the perfect package (my first set of skis, boots, bindings, poles, carrier bag), which came at a very good bundle price. Got a free installation as well. Return/exchange policy is very satisfactory - being able to get a different pair of skis in case the one I have is determined to not be suitable for my skiing style after the first try. Also they were willing to reshape the shell of my boots if they ever needed to be adjusted. Couldn't really ask for better service and they got a diverse selection with staff who know what they're talking about and willing to help with anything I need. Definitely going back for anything I need this season.
