Hotel is fine. Needs updating but was clean. My biggest complaint is there is no microwave for guests to use. I understand hotels not wanting microwaves in each room, but I really think there should at least be one in the lobby. As a business traveler I often have leftovers from my meals that I save in order to save some money and not waste food, but that is less desirable to do there is no microwave.

I went for a convention. The hallways were a little small but the main room they had everything in was adequately sized. I only interacted with one staff member who was very nice

We came for a long weekend of relaxation, and we were very pleased with our stay. Our king-size bed was extremely comfortable; we both slept very well. Nice flat-screen TV in the room; we hooked up our Roku and enjoyed some binge-watching. There are plenty of restaurants close by, including one in the hotel lobby that features a bar and great choices for all three meals of the day. There is a small convenience market in the lobby as well. There is a fitness center, sauna, indoor pool, and hot tub. The pool area was very clean and well maintained; the pool was a nice temperature, too -- not too cold. The staff we interacted with were all very helpful, professional, and friendly. We will absolutely be back!

Very nice place just a few blocks off the interstate. Attended a wedding and reception all on site. The wedding area was a little small but enough space for the group. The facility set up a reception area outside the dining hall. With a central bar set up and appetizer table, it was convenient while we waited for the wedding party to finish photos. The dinner was excellent with prepared plates brought to the table still hot. Service was very attentive by staff. I would recommend this place to couples considering an all in one location.

I've stayed here many times. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is above par. Food in general is very good. Indoor pool is very nice. Gym is good, but lacking weights or weight-lifting machines. The nearby Thai restaurant is authentic and very good. Nearby bargain shopping if you forget something (like warm clothes).

Stayed here for a wedding. Drove all night (16 hours) and they got us into our room at 9 am for an early check-in despite there being three other wedding parties. Seriously couldn't thank them enough. Friendly staff and convient location.

Great room. Not much within walking distance but they offer a great shuttle service. All the employees including the driver are very nice. Picked me up from the airport on time. Got a first floor room with a sliding door balcony. Nice bar and amazing room.

Though I checked in at four pm on a Saturday and the parking lot was mostly empty I had to wait several minutes for a maintenance man to arrive at the front desk with key cards because they had run out and couldn't give any new guests room keys. This is about as basic a hotel function as there can be and I've never experienced such a thing before. But it was pretty much in keeping with the rest of the place.

I booked a suite with a king size bed and a folder out sofa. The room was clean and reasonably attractive, though dark. It feels like an outdated building spruced up with some new furnishings. In the bathroom, rather than providing little soaps and shampoo bottles, they had dispensers bolted to the shower wall. Never a good sign.

The bed was painfully uncomfortable. It was so soft I felt like I was sleeping on a giant pillow. Maybe some poeple like that sort of thing. The walls must be about an inch thick because I could hear the sounds of at least three or four rooms around me, people walking in the hall outside, the cars in the parking lot, everything. I don't enjoy hearing people use the bathroom above me while a couple moans loudly beside me and a kid screams in the hall. That is no exaggeration, but truly what happened.

On the morning I was leaving my wife used the hair dryer. Unfortunately it was about the cheapest hair dryer you can buy and the metal screen at the back had fallen out, so as my wife was using it her hair got sucked in, caught in the fan, and burned. I was able to extract her with minimal damage and I brought the broken unit to the front desk. I assumed, as at any decent hotel, that they would offer some sort of compensation. They didn't. They just took it without marking down my room number and tossed it in the garbage. We'll see if I get charged for stealing a hair dryer. My guess is yes.

I saved some money booking here as opposed to something in the city. I wish I hadn't.

Had a king suite. Room was nice enough, bed was very comfortable. WiFi accessible in room. Room has it's own AC unit. Also a small fridge and microwave. Pools were clean and warm. Didn't get a chance to try the restaurant or bar, but I've heard good things.

I made a reservation on Friday at 2pm for a suite room on Saturday night. Upon arriving to the hotel the NEXT day, I was told that they did not have the suite available. The entire reason I made a reservation for this hotel was because we wanted a suite. How does that suite become not available within that amount of time if I have a reservation for it?! I'm only giving it 2-stars because we were able to cancel the room and go elsewhere. Definitely won't be staying here again if that is the policy.

Room was good. Girlfriend thought the beds were too soft (personal preference). Wifi was out supposedly due to a storm (not sure how that happens) which sucked.

Great hotel. Stayed for a night during Summerfest. Nice staff. Great rooms. Good restaurant and pool. Had to do some quick email printing and faxing. Business center was right in time. Smooth 15-20 min drive from downtown MKE

Fitness Center left something to be desired, but the beds are crazy soft and the pool is nice. Food was good, albeit a bit overpriced. A fine experience.
