  This is the most unproffesional company I have ever dealt with and I am dealing with different buisnesses daily. Their service crew member damaged our pool filter cartridge over 3 weeks ago, they promissed to fix it free of charge, and since then they are finding excuses for not fixing it and not responding to our emails and calls. We contacted several parts distributers and been informed that maximum time needed for any part to arrive in continental US is one week, it's been more than 3 weeks. These people are dishonest and negligent and they do not care for their customers. Our kids are on the summer break and can't use the pool. In the meantime we are being billed for montly "maintance" of the green pool! Do yourself a favor and find yourself better company to maintain your pool. Wish I did better research!

  We built a pool for our new house and after many ( maybe 20) quotes and reviews, we chose fountain blue as the best choice for us. Johanna was very professional, knowledgeable and very responsive! Made the experience smooth and easy, answered our many questions and still continues to offer support whenever we have questions, even now that the pool is completed and perfectly done! We know we can count on Joanna! She helped us select colors that matched to what we wanted, the right size for our yard and the right depth so we could have more shallow space to play and the right depth for diving. She help us decide and understand what everything was so we could make the right selection! Specifically , i was unsure as to how many lights i wanted and she made it easy for me to decide and i am sooooo happy I went with 3 lights for our pool as she suggested! It looks amazing. She still continues to offer support, great service that is hard to find now days ! Thank you fountain blue and Joanna for an amazing experience! The kids love it and the dogs too. Rouille family.

  Highly recommend Joanna Potter as the designer. She is very knowledgeable and dedicated to her craft. We had a hard time getting pool companies to answer the phone until I got a hold of Joanna. She answered right away, explained everything carefully, helped us come up with a design we loved, worked around our budget and designed a beautiful pool for us. She was very patient and always answered our questions, even stepped in when issues came up. Yes there were some issues along the way but they did deliver an amazing pool to us within the timeframe they promised and in the end that’s what really matters.

  Summary: Would absolutely recommend for construction. Not so much for pool service.
  Bidding: Fountain Blue provided a detailed line-item quote. This was important to me. Many companies hide what you're getting behind a package price with vague details about materials and equipment. It was all spelled out.
  Design: We used Joanna and she's the best! I had a unique design in mind and she understood that I knew that I wanted. Other companies kept trying to show me "their" vision of my pool.
  Permitting: Went as smooth as could be expected. With a large company like FB, they have a system worked out.
  Construction: I would say par for the course as far as a large company is concerned. The construction itself was on-time and accurate. Their tile crew is phenomenal. There are a few things that could be improved upon such as cleanliness of the jobsite during the process and protecting the property from collateral damage. FB did clean up at the end of the process, but it there was a lot of scrap construction materials on my property during the process.
  Punchlist: Here is my big area for improvement. The easy stuff was taken care of quickly after pool fill. But I had an ongoing saga of fixing one of the coping tiles after the pool was 99.9% complete. They fixed it, but I spent way too much time going back and forth to get someone to come out and finish the job.
  Automation: Gioserr was great! He explained everything in detail and discussed options. Very knowledgeable.
  Initial Pool Service: I'm taking care of my pool myself as I had planned to all along. I wouldn't use FB for service unless I could pick my tech. The older Hispanic gentleman (Mario maybe?) was great. The other tech didn't ever spend more than five minutes putting chemicals in the pool. I'd get a report stating all of the things that were done to the pool. Except they weren't.

  I find it insufficient how much we would like to express our family's gratitude to the team at Fountain Blue Pools.
  After many doubts about this new project of building a pool, Fountain Blue made sure we feel comfortable and safe with every step that we advanced.
  The whole team was very professional and patient in meeting all our demands, starting with Robbin who is amazing, always ready to help and answer all of our questions, Dianne, Mildred, Jim the supervisor whom is always very early at the job site, Jennifer and I’m sure I will be forgetting some of them, a work team very focused on customer service . All of the sub-contractors were very professional and most of all the record time completing the job. I can't say that everything was perfect and without any kind of problem, but the value is in the way that each problem was solved and taken care of by the staff, there were not that many and usually out of the company control but we are very impressed how they were handled. To each and every one of you who participated in this project, thank you very much from all our family members, and to you who read this comment, do not think twice, if you want a pool where you do not have headaches, worries and want to feel confident that a job is getting done by excellent professionals that make sure your dream pool come true, I am more than convinced by our personal experience that Fountain Blue Pools is your best option, ask for Robbin to design and let the dream begin.
