I had a general four point inspection done on a home I intend on buying. When the report came back it was clear that a more in depth foundation inspection was needed. At the suggestion of the original inspector, along with two or three suggestions from a local real estate blog. I hired Jeff and Foundation Masters to look at the foundation of the home more closely. At this point I am convinced that the seller may have failed to disclose certain aspects of the property. However I’m confident that a thorough inspection will be performed. Jeff seems to be a very direct, no nonsense, safety first kind of guy.

Foundation masters did a great job with my foundation. The best part was how much time the owner Jeff spent telling us all of our options we had to fix our foundation. Other companies just told me how much it would cost with no options. Jeff walked us through the whole process which we really appreciated because we knew nothing about foundation repairs. Any business that takes the time to explain WHY there are cheaper and/or more expensive options made us feel like we had a real say into how are repairs were made. We fully recommend FoundationMasters.

Had 2 homes both built in the early 1900's both had foundation issues. Other companies want upwards of 50K. I knew there was a better solution. Foundation Masters explained their Strap and Gap technique at a fraction of the price. Work was done professionally and in a timely manner. Very happy with the outcome.😊😇

Foundation Masters and the staff were prompt courteous and offered a no nonense solution to our issues with a raised foundation house lacking sufficient support. Jeff has extensive knowledge in working on raised foundation issues and it shows. Foundation Masters was easily able to get under the house and provide us with pictures real time and the price for the repair beat two other estimates. They were great to work with. Highly recommend!😇😊

Foundation Masters were amazing and super affordable compared to others companies we sourced. they was straight to the point about the issues with our raised foundation (concrete pillars, dry-rot issues etc.) with the crawl space underneath the house. We started to see cracks and shifting in the walls and wood floors buckling to the weight of the house. His team did a full inspection and completed the work under the house in 2days. They were professional/respectful of our home and family. I highly recommend! 🙌🏼
