Parents, we are planning our next annual Prevention workshop. Drop your emails below or inbox us if you desire to attend, you will be the first to know once registration begins and yes, (IT'S ABSOLUTELY FREE!) Our workshop opens up a dialogue about sexual abuse prevention and teaches you the proper way to address the situation and what signs to look for in a predator or an abuse victim. Highly recommend that everyone attends, light refreshments will be served.

APRIL is Sexual Abuse/Assualt awareness month and each year we like to share stories from Survivors from all different walks of life. We do this to empower victims to break their silence because we overcome by the blood of Jesus and by the words of our testimonies. #NoMoreSilence #NoMoreShame #ItsTimeToHeal

    Meet Jennifer Lewis

Actress Jennifer Lewis shares in her lastest book "The mother of black Hollywood" her mental-health issues: the actress was eventually diagnosed with bipolar disorder, and learned that she had been using sex as an emotional crutch. In addition, she shares harrowing anecdotes about sexual abuse she endured when she was younger, from a former pastor who molested her to a total stranger who broke into her apartment in order to rape her.

    Meet Celebrity actor Anthony Edwards

Anthony Edwards announced in 2017 that he was molested by Gary Goddard as a child. Goddard - the CEO of the Goddard Group, an entertainment design firm - allegedly molested Edwards and several of his friends in the 1970s. In an emotional post on Medium, Edwards said the abuse made him feel powerless and helpless. He said he has since received therapy to deal with what happened to him, but is angry Goddard never faced any real consequences.

Marilyn Monroe was passed around the foster care system as a child, and she suffered sexual abuse from the men in her life. Monroe was one of the first public figures to discuss her experience with abuse in public. A troubled beauty desperate to find love ended up committing suicide due to a drug overdose.

TRAGIC STORY: Of a beautiful little girl sexually abused and beaten to death by her step father.

If you want to know what we are fighting for, THIS IS WHAT WE ARE FIGHTING FOR. Our purpose at Fortress Of Hope Psalm18 for raising awareness about sexual abuse is so that parents like you and me would never have to experience this type of tragedy. Sexual abuse is preventable, this could have been preventable. But now it's too late, her blood is crying out for justice and peace, like many other victims and survivors. Dead and Living, Young and Old. We can all work together to prevent sexual abuse. #NOmoreSILENCE #NOmoreSHAME #HELPtheVICTIMS #HealThierPain R.I.P PRINCESS BELLA😢🙏 #SEXUAL #ABUSE #AWARENESS #MONTH
