  The selection of plus sized clothing at this location is limited and you have to go hunting for clothes, it is not very organized

  Great location. But no one will help you. There have been 20 people in 3 lines. Only 2 working cashiers. We have not moved in 15 min. People in front of me are leaving. At this point, you may want to consider hiring more workers instead of penny pinching for every cent of profit the CEO can possibly make.

  Was charged for something i didnt purchase by sales associate and didnt realize until i got home. They dont pick up their phone at the store. Very dissapointed.

  Love the clothes. Wish I could buy them. Too bad I always have to put my purchases down due to the long lines and closed registers upstairs. Too bad. Nice clothes though

  In my opinion, a better selection than the Forever 21 in Soho. The clothing appears to be grouped by category (sporty wear in one area, denim in another etc etc) Very well organized

  The most awful "customer service." Disgusting. They will do whatever is in their power is "help" you in the least helpfuk way possible. They will make you wait half an hour to speak to a "manager" to show up. It (manager) will then dodge you and lead you to some other useless a-hole, who was standing there the whole time, to provide you with additional zero assitance. Useless in every possible way. This location is abismal.

  Please be sure not to sell ripped clothes to us customers and only to have 30 days from date of purchase to refund or exchange . I bought a beautiful summer shirt from this store and didn't realize it was a small ripped on the side till I decide to wear it . Looked for my receipt and saw it was pass the 30 days . I purchased the shirt 07/03/17 and brough the shirt back to the store today 8/09/17 becouse today I took it out my closet to wear it . I have tons of clothes in my closet with tags on I'm always shopping and save all my recipts if this was to ever happen . When I brought the shirt back to the store and spoke to the head cashier and explain to him brought the shirt with the tag and receipt and he said no can't do is pass 30 days while he is telling me this a cashier who is handling a customer with her purchase decide to also speak and give attitude by telling me it doesn't matter read the receipt . If I'm speaking to a head cashier or a manager that are already been rude on how they speaking to me and then to have a cashier who was not her business to handle this situation and said this to me while taking care her customer and infront other customers who where waiting on line to pay is really disrespectful . Poor clothes and disrespectful management .

  Never have I spent a more tedious hour waiting for my wife and daughter to finish browsing this store. They, however, seemed delighted with their experience and purchases, so on balance, its probably a decent place.

  It's OK. A little messy at times. They seriously reduced their accessories section. I loved them for the accessories. Will try Times square for better selections.

  It's a Forever21 in the city. I stopped there to get a scarf because it was colder than I'd anticipated out, and I was able to do that. If you don't like big box-y, crowded places, this isn't for you.

  I just called two minutes ago to make sure they open at 8 am as sometimes the website isn't always accurate . She said we open up everyday at 8 am . At this point I'm getting a good vibe until I thanked her then it my vibe changed when she just hung up . No thank you for calling . Have better phone etiquette but being that she was so rude I wonder if I'll get better service if I went in person.

  It's forever 21 and I like it. On the day that we came there, it wasn't possible to pay with credit card because all the computers were broken. I had cash and it wasn't their fault but the line was astronomical long and they should have tried to handle it better.
