    We were quite happy with our buying experience from beginning to end. Everyone we encountered was friendly, honest, knowledgeable and professional. We were able to purchase the exact car we wanted at a great price and never felt pressured into anything.     I went to Ford of Kirland because they had a common theme that I noticed Of great prices. Needless to say when I got there not only did that theme of awesome prices prove to be true but Devin and Elle had my vehicle already waiting for me upon arrival to demonstrate its features and make the whole experience as enjoyable as possible and about a stress free as buying a car can be. I can't recommend them enough!! Thanks guys!!!

    The sales staff at Ford Kirkland are extremely friendly! I worked with both Devin and Elle who really took the time to get to know me to help me decide which car I wanted. They were both very helpful and made my car shopping experience highly enjoyable.

    I got a good deal on a lease car with very little pressure period every time I've had an opportunity to use their service department here the repairs have been satisfactorily completed and never seem to come in over price. I appreciate that this business seems to have customer value in mind in addition to their own cash flow and profitability. Rare enough in these avaricious times.

    Had a wonderful experience at Hyundai of Kirkland. It was my first time buying a car and I got all the help that I needed. David Kim provided excellent customer service and got me the best deal on my new car. He was very thorough with his explanations and highly knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

    Ford of Kirkland came through especially on a busy labor day weekend. It was a great experience working with them. We got a great deal on a new truck. Worked to get a good deal on my trade in and left a happy camper. Shout out to Aurellio for being professional, patient and helpful. And Jeff in finance for making the financing process painless.

    Dean did a great job. He went above and beyond to make sure that my car was taken care of in a timely manner. The part wasn't in stock, but they went above and beyond to get the part installed in a timely manner. Also, they gave me a free ride back to my place to wait! Thank you, will definitely return!

    The phone and service desk personnel really are the best. They are so attentive and helpful. It was an oil change and tire rotation and they got me in and out in less than an hour. **I chose to take their shuttle to work and they had contacted me and we scheduled a quick shuttle pick up back. GREAT service.

    Jerry, in service, is a very professional manager who is reliable, honest with tremendous auto business acumen. He gives you the accurate time it will take for your vehicle to be service. Jerry calls right away
    if any additional issue is found to get permission to fix it. His paperwork is in perfect order to process customers "in and out".
    The Hyundai Service Facility is well maintained with easy comfortable area to wait for service to be completed.

    I am "old school" and call for an appointment. That method is still warmly done which is nice to not use another password...

    Staff were a little weird. Was greated in the lot by a staff member, who was fairly pleasant and chatty. Confirmed if the car I was looking for was still in stock with his manager, whom was downright rude to him. I was appalled by his behavior towards his staff. Bordered on public shaming.

    After test driving the car we talked numbers, and when I declined stating I wanted to check out another car first, they called another manager over to ensure the salesman had done a sufficient job in trying to convince me to buy the car. I wasn't just walking away to get a good deal, I know what I want in a car and I'm not going to settle for a bargain guys!

    Weird experience, and will not be going back. Went a few miles down the road to another Ford dealer and had a stellar experience.

    Finding a good dealer is tough. They usually take your money and forget about you. I've been dealing with Ford for years, have had multiple cars - and I have now owned two Raptors, thanks to the wonderful team at Ford of Kirkland.

    Ford of Kirkland is, by far, the best Ford dealer I've dealt with. They are honest and transparent, they don't try and screw you on pricing or service.. I really like these guys and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy in the Pacific Northwest.

    I left a bad review before due to a miscellaneous charge that was not disclosed to me when I purchased the car (which i would never agree to). I was surprised to find the GM of the dealership and the Sales Manager both stepped up and personally called me to apologize and try to work out with me. I am thankful for the customer service I received AFTER buying the car. Although my experience was not the best (hence, I can't give 5 star review), I actually very satisfied with the customer service I receive and how they try to work it out to make it fair for both of us.

    Well.............let's see. I got there early to have a check engine light problem fixed. It took way too long to check in as the man working behind the desk was SUPER SLOW! I get there at 7:45am. My car is done a little after 9, I know because I can see them driving it out of shop and parking it. However, another 50 MINUTES go by because the old, slow guy behind the counter took FOREVER to finally let me know it was done. I was late to work as a result. Another result of this is that I will NEVER come back to the Kirkland Hyundai Service Center again as this is the 2nd time I've had a bad experience here. Check out Yelp about this place, nothing but complaints. I would have complained on there too but what's the point? All the lousy reviews proves they don't really care and nothing ever changes.
