I have always been a real estate guy. I am kind of the "Go To Guy" when it comes to real estate. I grew up on a farm became a licensed builder and started building custom homes at age 21.

A few years later I got into investing in real estate, I started buying run down homes fixing them up and renting them out.

I owned and managed 52 rental units in the Grand Rapids area. The stories that I could tell you about my rental days you would not believe!....... :)

I enjoy canning, cooking, brewing home brewed beer and having fun!
