Excellent doctors but staff could use some customer service skills.
Really rude here the young girl recopinst won't give eye contact they changed check in policy and they should of sent letters to patients to give a heads up....one patient walked out due to not having her co-pay bc policy had changed and she didn't Know
This place is owned by a husband and wife that have absolutely no experience in Podiatry whatsoever. It's just a business where they hire doctors to work for them in milk the insurance companies. Administrative Office help if you can even call it that couldn't tell you what a staple was if it was stuck in their ass. They have a revolving door for employees that work for a week before they quit. Billing is from the 19th century. Piles of files on top of files in no order. It's a wonder the Fire Marshall hasn't shut them down for a fire hazard. They refuse to do their part in working with insurance companies Medicaid and Medicare. My wife had reconstructive surgery 2 years ago after 3 months there was a broken screw in her foot. They refused to take it out instead X-ray every 3 weeks for a year milking medicaid. Nothing could be done for the pain she's still in. Now they don't want to do their part filing insurance with unicare when unicare said it's their job to do so. Bogus billing practices. We now have an attorney that will handle these assclowns. This place has 3 locations and should be put out of business.
Dr. Parlor is the best! She is very friendly and has great bedside manner. She made me feel comfortable about the procedure and she did an awesome job. I highly recommend her!
Overall Terrible - 1st though, let me say, Doctor was very nice and did a wonderful job for me - but the rest of the experience was a nightmare. Billing problems, uncertainty, poor customer service, no one got back to me as they said they would. Just lacking in common sense and common courtesy. If you have any disputes with billing manager, I'd suggest getting a name and keeping a record of who you spoke to and when. There are other good doctors in the Winchester, Purcellville, Hamilton area.
I rarely rate businesses unless the impress me, normally I brush things off if they don't. But the Foot and Ankle Center has just surprised me and I felt I needed to write about my experience. I made an appointment for my foot, over the phone we gave our insurance information and everything they needed. The day of his appointment, my husband took time off of work to attend it. When he arrived he was told he had to pay in full for the appointment before being seen. *with our insurance, we have a high deductible therefore we have a zero balance due co-pay and get billed for the doctors visits by our insurance company* they stated that he had an outstanding balance from being a previous patient. (Not sure why we wouldn't be told that over the phone?) Again, I would understand - however the last time my husband attended this doctor was when he was under the age of 17 and on his parents insurance. He is now 29 years old, not sure how he would be held liable BUT I told them that was fine, we will reschedule our appointment when we had the money to pay his 12 year old doctor bill and the one upfront now. They said that was perfectly fine and we left. A month later we received a bill for MISSED APPOINTMENT that he took off work to be at, that they refused to see him for and that they did not tell us they would be billing us for. My husband and I have called the office multiple times and they will not answer or state they cannot help us. To top it off, who ever does their billing is a *joke* the bill always says "will go to collections on (ex) February 24, 2017" BUT I didn't even receive the bill until today the 27th, why you ask? Because it didn't get sent out until February 25th! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME there is a reason their score is a 1 out of 5 on every review site and on the better business bureau they have been reported multiple times, yes once more by me after getting this last bill.
I am currently a client of the foot and ankle on Pleasant Valley Road Winchester Virginia. I can assure you they are what people say scam artist. Their billing is outrageous and they have zero accountability when you bring it up. Save your money find a more reputable place.
I will say this though, the doctor there is very good at what she does. Top notch really, just wish the billing department would get it together.

Scam Artists. Bad Service. Bad staff. Wish you could give zero stars.
My mother has Alzheimer's and was hospitalized the night before her appointment. I was with her till 2:00 am in the emergency room. The next morning I called and told them the situation and canceled the appointment. My mother was billed anyway. I have called them 3 additional times and never was I told the bill would not be waived until this morning now that they have added late charges. I would think professionals would either give you a call back and explain this or drop the missed appt. fee. I will never make another appointment with this office.
I have seen Dr. Paylor a couple of times now. Not only is she beautiful, she is so smart and very funny. She makes me feel like a long time friend. She always tells me what to expect and what she is going to do and when. Her staff at the Pleasant Valley Road office have always been polite to me. I recommend this practice.
Horrible service in so many ways! I'd rather give no stars! I went to the Martinsburg office. Not only was the office and equipment rundown and out of date, but the billing is ridiculous. I had to cancel my daughters appointment the morning of due to illness. They still charged me claiming it was their policy for missed appointments. After informing them that we weren't a no show, but had called that morning because my daughter was sick, they didn't care. It "was less than 24 hour notice". I have five children as well as several health problems. We see a lot of Dr.'s and NEVER have I been billed for cancelling the morning of due to illness. Also, it's a joke trying to speak to someone about the bill. They require you talk to the Winchester office, and once there you have to speak to the ONE billing specialist who most times doesn't answer her phone. They won't take payments over the phone nor will they do credit cards through the mail. To use my health savings account card I will have to drive to the office directly and pay through there. Am I mistaken or is this not the 21st century? I will NEVER go to this Dr. again nor will I recommend them ever!
