Dr Rosenthal was great. I was disappointed at the receptionist’s customer service for talking about me in front of me.

Dr. Roemer is great and has nothing to do with this rating.
I was scheduled to the office on a day when the doctor was not even in. She was in a different office. I did not get upset at the fact that my time was wasted and just rescheduled my appointment.
I went back two days later and waited 30 minutes to see the doctor. (Really 20 minutes because I arrived 10 minutes early as a courtesy). I left before seeing the doctor because I was tired of waiting. I was not offered an apology nor did anyone say, "well let me check". They just happily canceled my appointment and let me leave.
One patient that was there before me and four others that came in after me were all seen.

After a long day at work I prefer not to have my time wasted. So not only was my time wasted, I still need to see the doctor for my foot issue.
