Use the earplugs!! Good workout. I love that the bikes tell you your exact resistance along with cadence and power output so it's easy to follow the instructor's cues

If you wanna a house party, Darryl's class. Hip hop, Kara or Danielle's class, old school with new, and some humor,John's class, and an hour that doesn't feel like an hour, Jill's class. Fun workouts!
