Very disappointed with the service. My wife and child both became sea/air sick. Although it was obviously not the fault of the operator neither he nor the crew member showed any concern as my son was passed out on the seat of the boat after our flight. In fact, both were more concerned with what was on their cell phones. Both spent much of the time texting (even while people were in the air and he was driving the boat in a crowded bay at high speed) A couple snarky remarks about not eating before sailing and where to sit when sea sick didn't alleviate my frustration (we actually hadn't eaten for about an hour) Offering a bottle of water from the boat cooler or just asking how my family was doing would have sufficed but nothing was said until we pulled into dock. This operation needs a lesson on customer service. Would not recommend especially due to my concerns about operating the boat while on the cell phone.

Great experience. Captain and crew were entertaining and helpful. We bought the picture package and it was well worth it. The three kids loved it. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

I wish I was able to rate them 6 stars! I cannot recommend FlyOCNJ enough! Captain Cole and his crew were a great time and professional, we felt safe the entire trip. Do yourself a favor and book early before they get filled up!

Excellent experience! The captain and his helper were extremely welcoming and friendly! We purchased the photo package and ended up some awesome pictures to recap the ride. I will most definitely be back.

Let me tell ya something!! These guys are great!! From the moment we walked up i knew me and the kids were in good hands, the captain had a great sense of humor and made sure we were comfortable and safe. The mate i believe was from overseas and had some great stories of balloning and traveling, very entertaining duo these two! The dip or "water splash" is the best part of the ride!!! Highly recommended!!!!
