Super slow service, took half an hour to even get a bagel. Overpriced for the time you spend waiting.

We got excellent goodies and exceptional service from the folks at Fluff ! I was coordinating refreshments for my son and the guests at his presentation. Doing business by phone, and over a holiday, the folks at Fluff kept their promises and made it happen for us. And there were unexpected benefits to choosing Fluff .When O picked up the coffee, it was in urns, not boxes. The coffee was a excellent, local blend. They included a basket with everything we needed to set up for hospitality, saving me a trip to shop for cups, napkins, etc. I should have been charged a deposit for all the lovely equipment.but they did not, and helped me load my car. I still remember how delish the cookies were, and the smiling service I received.

Every employee that I gave interacted with here has a great attitude and is cordial. They always ask how you are doing in a non-perfunctory way. The food is spectacular with all-natural ingredients. I usually get the pesto egg and cheese. I have graduated from OU and my wife and I always make it a point to come here on every visit to Athens. On an added note they play music that I love, chill 90s alternative. Just a great atmosphere.

Good food. Good coffee. Good people. Wonderful for breakfast, brunch, dinner or lunch. And great pastries for a dessert or quick meal to boot. The is no reason not to go here.

This is my all time favorite place in Athens. The food is great, both lunch and dessert. Has a wide variety of food and drinks. The owner is also extremely nice!

We showed up with 10 people all hungry for breakfast and they had all our orders right, on time, and delicious. They could not have been more pleasant. We bought a t-shirt!

I had the thai rice for lunch. The rice was very hard to chew and the flavor is not strong as I would expect for a thai dish. Also, the amount/price ratio is not favorable for a college male. The service is so-so and I was "forced" to pay tips (they recommend tip options on the checkout screen). Maybe I am too old fashion but that checkout process just not making me very comfortable. I would think chipotle/ginger/peking are better options for lunch.

Sweets and pastries aplenty. Some are tailored to dietary preferences, some are just joyously sugared. In terms of real food; somewhat expensive for what is received.
