  Ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my mothers house for her birthday. Flowers were beautiful and website was some was slow but overall, did a wonderful job! Will be ordering from them again!

  I'm posting a photo of the +$60.00 flowers delivered today, as well as a photo (directly from the website) of the flowers I ordered. There is absolutely no comparison. I'm extremely disappointed and have obviously been overcharged. I suggest avoiding this florist shop. There are many other, much better options in Columbus. You don't get a redo on a special moment. I was swayed by factors other than reviews. Learn from my mistake. Keep searching. Order elsewhere.

  Showed up at the last min for some flowers for my wife on VD, they accommodated my request to have them made and delivered as requested on time. The flowers I did not see since they were custom made after I left but they were absolutely gorgeous and she loved them!
  
  I would recommend Flowers By Lois to anyone who wants great service and handles last min requests!

  Ordered from here for my anniversary day before V-day . My wife wasn’t happy that I spent almost 60 for wilted flowers . She related her displeasure and they promptly replaced it with what I will admit was a better bouquet . Icing on cake was the delivery man who told my wives coworkers there wasn’t anything wrong with the first bouquet. Hey buddy if you read this I was out of town and tried to make my wife feel special so your opinion don’t really matter to me . Next time my advice keep your opinions to yourself. But I guess we won’t have to worry about that will we?
