My father was laid to rest there along with my mother. And I have never had a bad experience in any of my many visits. Very polite staff in every dealing I have had with them. Beautiful setting well maintained. RIP mom and dad. And today I will see a fallen friend and marine laid to rest. God bless all who served.
I've never been to any of our national cemeteries that didn't completely honor and respect those who have served. This was no exception.
I recently visited my father's resting place and this is such a pleasant place to visit a loved one. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. This is a very dignified location for our veterans. I have never had any interaction with the cemetery staff so I can't comment on this aspect but I do find the computer Kiosk maps to be of poor resolution and a little confusing for those who don't come often.
This is my first google review. Yesterday my grandfather was laid to rest at this cemetery. While visiting my family and I had a very unpleasant interaction with one of the staff members named Jose. My family and I weren't sure how the whole process worked. There wasn't anyone there to greet us when we arrived. Jose came rolling up on his golf cart screaming at our group. He was very unprofessional. At a funeral I would expect kindness and compassion more so than at other venues. My cousin who was in his dress blues was scolded by Jose to move his Jeep a few feet like he was a child. He is a man who is serving his country. Then Jose yelled at everyone after my cousin had moved his vehicle to exit the premises and re-enter. Then there was someone at the front who could greeted us and instructed us where to park and wait. Jose seems like a hot head and I am not sure he should be in this business. I went to Arlington National Cemetery last week to visit and had a moving and beautiful experience. The staff their was so kind and welcoming while I was only site seeing. I am not overly excited to deal with Jose again when I go back to visit my Papa.
Very honoring to those who served. Impeccably maintained and peaceful. Preferred lodging is Our Father's Haven Bed and Breakfast.
Very honorable place wonderful staff love you Mom & Dad RIP
The Services are beautiful, area is well kept, a nice hidden surprise to find for the veterans. The reason I gave it a 4 star rating was because there were 5 other services around the same time. All the cars for all the ceremonies had to line up in different lanes to take a number set-up and go one family after the other and you were only given 30 minutes for the whole thing. Driving to the outside Gazebo where the service was held, park in order, the service, then drive out, you were not at the actual grave site or even saw it. Try to set it up when its not so hurried. Hate to complain cause its done by volunteers and I'm grateful. But you need to know this could happen.
The staff takes excellent care of your loved ones, and treats the one left behind with utmost importance. The grounds are immaculate. Today, I went there for my husband's Birthday. As I was wiping a year from my eye, some staff members passed by and tipped their hats too me. How sweet.
Serene place. To all the Veterans that lay in peace.thanks to you we are walking in freedom today.

We had a little bit of a wait but besides that it's kinda hard to rate because it was a funeral. Employees were respectful of our family's loss, and we had a beautiful spot to bury my great grandma's ashes. A beautiful memorial. I take off another star because all the graves are crammed in, and I believe all the great people who served this nation deserve more respect than that, plus just imagine if you dedicated your life to a country, and got buried 6 inches from someone you don't even know. It would stink.
This is beautiful, well kept Veterans Cemetery. As a member of the Honor Guard at Zephyrhills VFW post 8154, I go there often.
Fantastic Memorial day ceremony. Lots of Veterans and members of the community gathered to pay their respect. The landscape was well manicured, the graveside flags were meticulously placed and the staff were helpful. If you go check out the memorial at the center of the cemetery. Be careful, not many bathroom options for large events. Hopefully they'll bring in portables for future events.
