Thank you for having a victory scooter available and delivered to my hotel.
Drivers were courteous and helpful.
I recommend them over any other. I kept getting the run around from other companies told you can just get it inside Disney World. Yes but you better be ready to walk a long way inside the park to get it.
Having one delivered and able to get on bus to Disney made for a wonderful time with my family and my first visit to Disney World.

Worst customer service ever! The scooter never made it a full day at a park! Don’t waste your time or money here! They had all the excuses possible, I’m guessing because they have unhappy customers frequently!

I talked to James Weingarten on the phone about filling a prescription for my compression socks for my legs.He told me to come down and see him that he would gladly take care of me.James took the time to remeasure my legs to be sure the prescription measurements were accurate and to my surprise they had changed .He got me in and out in good time which was awesome for me having other errands to run.I highly recommend James to anyone because he really cares for his customers! Thanks James!

The person who answered the phone was extremely rude. He had no customer service whatsoever. I called to ask questions because my family and I will be in Florida for a family vacation and was inquiring for my mom. Even if they had what I needed, they wouldn't get my money. Absolutely horrible
