Nice quite, laidback, outside of the city place. I used to go there when they first opened and my kids were small. A Lots of stores with great offers, specials and prices. Sure love the little trip right at the Keys entrance will definitely go back.

Nice mall, low key but well maintained. First place in my experience offering reserved parking spots for active military and veterans.

I love this place. Avoid the crowds and shop in peace I almost always come here for Christmas shopping when the weather is nice. Food court is OK.

This has a limited selection of outlets. Also it is a very small mall. You'll have your usual staples such as Nike, Coach, Tommy Hilfiger, but don't expect to encounter a ton of stores. Prices were great, but come here knowing what to expect to make this a pleasurable experience.

If you head out there outside of the beginning of school season shopping It's not a bad place. Otherwise expect to fight over everything from a parking spot to walking without getting stepped on.

Good for bargaining. Most stores are high-end outlets, where most items are always on sale; anywhere from 15% to 80% and may even get another 10% off with coupons, etc.

There are a some hot brands, but this is not a "Premium outlet" as we know from West coast :((( Some stores offer good deals, but most don´t. And food court? No fresh and healthy meals they stuck in 90´s :(
Just for quick stop if you know what you need, or if you travel to Keys, but not just for the trip to shopping here!response / report this review -

Hands down the best prices in town. Don't have to deal with the loud and huge mall. Easy in and out and excellent stores.

There are a lot of stores but I wouldn't say you get much of a deal like what you expect when you see "outlet mall". I'm sure it's a hot spot for people traveling to and from the keys but a lot of the employees need to have better customer service and not just treat everyone like such a bother. They have a kids play area that is a joke, there's no sun protection so it will burn your kids if you go at nearly any point in the day.

Get there early and accomplish all your shopping goals before lunch while saving money. Great diversity of stores and really great deals. Plenty of parking and never crowded.

Florida is full of Latin people like me, looking for not very expensive things to send to our family. This place is a good option for that. More organization would help to increase the rating.

I wouldn't go out of my way to shop here. It's pretty far away from the mainland.. However, if you are in the area you may find some good buys. Good amount of outlet and discount stores.

One of the best clearance malls ever! Staff is incredibly kind and helpful. If your trying to save up and purchase things for a better and lower price this is where you need to go. Small and non-crowded that's what I love and four of my favorite stores are here so I don't care for the majority of stores.
