I was pleased with my appointments for my daughters and me. I didn't expect much medicine practicing because that's what I have come to expect nowadays. Dr. Lleal-Khouri was so efficient. She took care of things on the spot. I really appreciate her taking the time at the appointment and not have us come back.

I practice time management skills so that I can arrive on time, but it doesn't matter to a staff that says the doctor is ALWAYS late. I went to an appt here and waited over 90 minutes and wound up walking out. If I'm paying you for your time, you'd better make a sincere effort to care about mine. It's completely disrespectful and rude to patients to expect them to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen. Did this dr go to college? College teaches you time management but apparently not how to respect your patients.

This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor's office. I had a biopsy done on a spot and thy told me if I didn't here anything back within 2 weeks, that everything was ok with it. They called me and left a message to call them back to discuss the results within the 2 week time. So now, according to what they said, there must be something tomthe biopsy. I've now called them back 9 times and every time they look up
My file and say that a nurse or doctor has to
Speak with me. I understand that part. But they have told me for a week and a half that someone will get back to me that day. I just got off the phone again with them and voiced my displeasure. Their response? "We will have a nurse call you today". So at this time, i STILL don't know what the problem is with the biopsied sample. I will never trust my health with these people again.

This was my first visit to Dr. Gutierrez and while the desk staff were pleasant, warm and helpful, the Dr. herself was more matter of fact. There was no chit chat and I felt as though she rushed through my appointment. That being said, as long as she is thorough and correct in her diagnosis, i will probably go back.

Dr. Gutierrez is an intelligent woman who cares for her patients. I went to see her because I was diagnosed with cellulitis and needed her to do a culture on the wound. I almost passed out so she held my hand and stayed in the room with me until I felt better which was so greatly appreciated. I will go back to her for any further problems that I may have and recommend her highly. Everyone in her office seemed sweet and were helpful when scheduling an appointment.

I have been under the care of a different dermatology office for some time.But my confidence in the quality of their care was not very strong and has been steadily waning.I expressed these concerns to Dr. Gutierrez and told her it was her turn to impress me. Well, she and her staff did that on my first visit. She and they asked me about my concerns, listened to my responses, addressed each item and conducted a most professional visit. I am most encouraged by my initial experience with Dr. Gutierrez and her staff. I look forward to continuing my dermatological care with her office.

Dr. Gutierrez is very knowledgeable. She is genuinely concerned about the out come of the previous treatment. She only does procedures that are necessary. The office staff are congenial and also interested in your well being. The appointment time with the doctor is not rushed. Appointment reminders are given in sufficient time in case you have forgotten.
