  FCFS is SCAM! They send you an official looking letter requesting new businesses to send them 50$ in order to "attain your elective Florida Certificate of Status" that is in no way necessary for businesses to operate in the State of Florida. I will also send this letter to the proper authorities. Hope you get what you deserve!

  This is fraudulent. They use the same tactic as "Debt Collectors" and send a letter that is seemingly from an "official" agency. (although it states in small letters that it is not.) For the average small business starting up this is a very well worded - deceptive letter.
  Sending it to my Tax Attorney as well as my local representatives.

  This company is in violation of Title 39, United States Code, Section 3001
  
  They send out an "official" looking bill in the attempt to defraud people that have recently started a new business in the state of Florida. FCFS, you are not in compliance with Title 39, United States Code, Section 3001. As such I am forwarding the documents I received from you to the proper authorities.
  Next time, just get a real job and EARN a living like the rest of us do.
