I took my Saab in for an oil service, brakes and rotors, I did not have time to run to a Saab dealer about an hour away. My personal experience was better than expected, I have been back since the initial visit. I prefer to have one point of contact. Sergio was great to work with - communication with me was great. I felt he was fair with me did not try to over sell me anything, provided me with a future game plan for service. One thing I appreciated from Sergio was - he knew they "were not a Saab deanship but I would like to earn your business, if there is anything I can do please let me know"

I had a great experience with Fletch's, Charlie is a great salesman and helped me with all the questions and interest in Audi. He pulled out several cars from the showroom floor for me to test drive and let me drive one home. I look forward to using the service department when needed.

You must see Jonathan Hayden if interested in a new car. He is located in the Audi building, but can also find you a GMC or Buick. I purchased an Audi A4 today and everything was excellent! They helped me find a car and work with my budget. The whole team was wearing pink and donating to breast cancer research for each test drive. 4front Credit Union is running a 1/2 the interest rate promo. If your in market, now is the time to buy.

I recently purchased a vehicle at Fletches of Petoskey and brought it in for my free oil change, tire rotation. The technician brought our the report and went over it with me, explaining the type of oil they used, and the all point check that was done. They also vacuumed the car. While that was being done, my salesman Dan went over any question I had on the features of my new car. Great experience - and I am willing to drive the 80 miles to receive their services.

I am over three hours from Fletch’s, so buying a car from them when I could purchase the same car locally might seem a little silly. I chose Fletch’s for their knowledge and customer service. It’s been a month or so since I bought my new car from Fletch’s, and they have reached out to me frequently to ensure I happy with the purchase and my experience. You can’t put a price on customer service, nor the confidence you have in working with them.

The experience I've had with Fletch's has been purely courteous and professional. From Dan, my salesperson, to Sergio in service and Jon, the detail manager, I have been very impressed. I recently had my truck detailed and when I picked it up, it looked just as it did the day I purchased it two years ago. I'm sure much of this professional mindset is reflective of the owners direction and so good to have this kind of dealership right here in Petoskey. Thanks Fletch's.

My experience with Fletch's so far has restored my faith in dealerships. My first experience with a different large local dealership left a real bad taste in my mouth. Fletch's customer service is top notch. They dealt with all issues quickly and efficiently. And of course we purchased the perfect vehicle at a fair price. We will definitely be returning to Fletch's in the future and would recommend anyone and everyone to give them a shot.
