Love the knowledge of everyone there. Only downfall is the pricing. I wish it were a bit more competitive with online shops and warehouses.

Staff very helpful and attentive, without being pushy. I always find great shoes and clothes at Fleet Feet!

I went here primarily because they provide simple gait analysis. They have a treadmill on site that I used to run barefoot on as they recorded my running gait. I knew I had overpronation but the recording they perform on their iPad shows a great deal of detail. They have helpful and friendly staff that can help you get the right gear.

I have to say, I was expecting a high-sales driven environment, with no wiggle room, with prices jacked up so high to the ceiling, that one quick internet search and BAM! I'd find everything cheaper. Boy was I wrong.

Not only are these individuals extremely well-versed in the aspect of running, but they are also very humble, not pushing off items that you don't need, and they, "recommend," some of the aforementioned, but only based on where you're at running-wise. They even discussed how long everything will last based on how long the shoes are used/how frequently, it wasn't some nonsensical stuff like, "Oh yeah! These will last FOREVER." The level of honesty was very refreshing.

During the fitment, I think I was more uncomfortable than the ladies doing it, (worried about my feet looking weird or stinking, XD), but they were very polite, and even spoke to me about one of my feet arching a bit more than the other, which is something I never knew about; also bringing up my wideness, which I did know about. Not to mention, there's one lady there that has this, dare I say, nearly immaculate manner in which she ties shoes.

I'm seriously taking a moment to point this out because it's such a novelty imo, but she does this strange method in which she starts at the base, pulling all the strings loose, and manages to do this near-perfect tie/tightening combo. It's impressive and I sincerely want to learn how to do that, lol my shoes have never fit so well before.

Whilst I did manage to find a slightly cheaper bundle of running socks, (barely 5$ cheaper), everything else was priced as it is online, which blows me away, because they must have to buy these in such bulk if they go for the same price individually. Not to mention, they knocked off 25$ on the NB for me, just incredible!

I purchased two things from the store on my first visit, a pair of New Balance 670's and Super Feet shoe inserts, I have yet to use the NB but WOW, the inserts have helped immensely! The whole idea behind them supporting my feet during a run because of the arch, was no joke, they really did. Not only did my achilles not hurt nearly as much, but I felt my calve muscles getting a better workout, because I wasn't fighting to keep my foot in the shoe.

Overall this place is incredible, this was the first time I'd ever been to a shoe running/fitment store, and wow! I was very impressed.

Great customer service! I loved how they were able to fit my foot for running shoes. I ended up purchasing a pair based on the salesman's recommendation and they have been my favorite pair of all time Their prices were reasonable I will defiantly go back

I'm not sure what I'm more excited about - the shoes or the sports bra I purchased today! My current pair of "running" shoes just weren't working for me so a friend recommended I try Fleet Feet. The customer service was exceptional, they have a nice selection of apparel & shoes and, if I ever seriously get into running, it seems as though they have every accessory a person would need. Also, the struggle has been real trying to find a sports bra that fits/provides the support needed for ANY activity - lo and behold, they have bras up to an H cup! (maybe even bigger!). I will definitely be coming back for more!

Great place. Extremely helpful staff. Very knowledgeable and patient. No hard selling either. Made us feel like it truly was our decision and there was no pressure to buy. Definitely going back again.

Purchased shoes and socks from Susan in the Eastside store today. I was very impressed with her knowledge of product, but more than that was her obvious desire to do right by me. Right shoe, right fit, right attitude. Can't imagine buying running gear anyplace else.

AMAZED. That's literally the word my husband and I used when we left the store. First off, 5he customer service is something that you rarely see anymore. We were greeted at the door and had the same sales/customer service staff the entire visit. I addressed my concerns with my current running shoes and was instantly offered a custom fitting and evaluation. This is not a regular shoe or sports store! (I'm not the most serious of runners, but understanding the importance of what you use and how it makes you feel is what is going to make workouts suck less let's be honest.) After the sales person evaluated my feet he brought out shoes that he identified best fit my feet. After my husband stood by and watched he decided to have his own running shoe review. We were both impressed by the professionalism, courtesy, and most of all knowledge of the staff. This place has it right! Oh and side note - if you bring the kiddos they have toys and a place for them to be occupied. I will only go here for my running shoes from now on. They have it right.

Great service with a good selection of quality footwear products. Highly recommend for anyone, not just athletes. If you have ANY foot issues holding you back from even walking short distances, come in and talk with Fleet Feet. They go the extra mile (pun intended) to help you. I will continue to buy from these terrific people.

Fleet Feet is awesome! I went into the store for the first time today and was extremely pleased with the customer service and product that I received. I only waited a couple of minutes for employee assistance and Matt spent the better part of an hour helping me to find a shoe that works for me. The Brooks Adrenaline GTS15's that I got were reasonably priced and I have almost never received better customer service. Thank you Matt and Fleet Feet, I will definitely return.
