  Every member of the staff that I dealt with was very knowledgeable. They recommended products, and brands, that I had never heard of before in an effort to ensure that they would fit what I was looking for. The shoes and insoles provide the perfect balance of stability and cushioning, which is incredibly important having undergone multiple knee and hip surgeries at (unfortunately) such a young age. I will not buy running shoes anywhere else but here!

  I work as a Physical Therapist Assistant at AAMG-PT Bowie. I appreciate the fact that Fleet Feet Annapolis takes time to listen to their customer's needs and then evaluate them with the Fitlosophy approach. Taking such good care, in every respect, but especially from the ground up, is paramount to preventing injury. So, when I encounter a patient in need of good footwear, I send them to Fleet Feet Annapolis. 95% of the time my patient has no idea that they need new shoes or the benefits to being fitted properly. Proper footwear is not just a necessity if you are an avid runner or maintain an active lifestyle. Your feet are your foundation; treat them as such. I refer to Fleet Feet Annapolis because I know they will take just as good care of my patient as I do. My patients return to me happy. Thank you!

  Products are of high quality, and are selected by staff for customers based upon the customer's specific needs. Staff are very attentive, they listen well, and make sure that customers are very satisfied with their product choices.

  As a newbie runner I came in looking for shoes and got way more than that-- expertise! The person who helped me pick out my shoes showed me a variety of options within my price range and that she believed would be good for my feet-- there was no feeling of upselling nor pressure to buy any one "best" brand. I can honestly say my performance and confidence have increased since using my new running-specific shoes vs the old cross-trainers I used to use. A+ customer service, will definitely be back.

  I loved the one-on-one attention my son received. I didn't even know what spikes were! We will definitely be back. The lady who helped us was kind, patient, efficient, and knowledgeable!

  My husband and I have been looking for a shoe store which would be able to do a gait analysis and properly fit our feet accordingly. We were not at all disappointed with the service we received at the Annapolis Fleet Feet. I have been asked numerous times where I purchased my shoes and the answer is never just Fleet Feet. I have told them the name of the store, the location, how awesome my experience was and how EVERYONE should go get fitted properly for shoes. I was wearing a half size too small and the shoes I had on had no support at all. We walked in to be fitted for shoes and were treated with the utmost customer service!

  I bought some Brooks walking shoes - I needed some shoes with some support as I have learned I have tendonitis in one of my ankles. I also bought some inserts that were reccommended - my shoes are incredibly comfortable and with the inserts my ankle doesn't hurt much even after being on my feet all day!

  My experience was awesome! The personal attention to my specific shoe needs and what's best for my feet - so refreshing!!! I'll be purchasing all of my athletic shoes from Fleet Feet Annapolis. I found them much more attentive and giving each customer quality one-on-one time than their area competitors like Road Runner.

  The salesman Rich at Fleet Street was great. He was very knowledgeable about the shoes and found a pair for me that have gotten rid of my foot pain.

  I had a GREAT experience with Fleet Feet in Annapolis.
  
  I've had plantar fasciitis for months that has continued to get worse despite being under a podiatrist's care. I thought I would see if Fleet Feet could help me with shoe fitting, at least. The man who helped me was great - so knowledgeable and helpful! I learned more about foot and leg mechanics and stretching ideas from him than my podiatrist.
  
  A few days later I went to a new podiatrist who reiterated much of what the Fleet Feet person told me, which gave me such confidence! This information was reiterated by my new physical therapist - that consistency really made me feel great. The Hoka One One shoes, icy feet, trigger point products are all working. I've been talking about my positive experience all week!

  I was greeted right away in a friendly and helpful manner. The person who helped me actually knew about running shoes and what type would be best for me. I have been using my new shoes and his recommendations were correct. I love them. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
