Though it did not take 4 months to close, their demands were definitely beyond fha guidelines. Incompetence and slow is what I can describe them, even our broker was astonished by their demands. One day we will close, the next we have a problem, and that would cycle over and over and over. Though we got it done, I would advise all to avoid this company as they are incapable of doing anything in a timely, organized fashion.

Mardell Wylie has made a home loan a nightmare. Unrealistic demands that go beyond FHA guidelines. 4 months and still can't close a loan. I don't belive she knows what she's doing. Very sad!!!
