I HATE car shopping. The last time I bought a car, I spent hours upon hours shopping and spending time in dealerships. I was so exhausted that by the time I found one that I really didn't pay attention to the final number on the car that I chose. I bought a car that was advertised for $22,995. My out the door cost was over $30K. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE WITH 5 Star I called them, told them what I want, how much I want to spend and all the deets. They brought me back to earth and helped me realize what my budget really will get me and then the found it. 3 weeks later, the car was in my driveway and I saved the good green stuff. BTW , I went to a big chain and got a quote on the same car I bought 5 star was $3000 less! No joke. Thank you so much! Highly recommended. My wife is going to use them when she finally decides to give up her minivan. Note*** I'm not a minivan owner my wife is.

We are tempted to write a review of our experience here, but will refrain until we write a personal letter to the owner of Five Star and receive a response. I have the address from their website, but can't get anyone to answer the phone to ask the owner's name. We'll be back with a full review of our experience in the near future.

Five star is the only way to buy a car anymore. They listen to your wants and needs and find you the exact car you want and deliver it right to your house so you don't have to go around to all the other dealerships and waste time looking at cars you don't want to see and at prices you don't want to pay. I highly recommend them.

Never doing business with them again. Have had nothing but problem after problem with my vehicle. I don't know what kind of "professional" they have to inspect your vehicle. Within an hour of driving my truck, the check engine light came on, and then shortly after my entire truck shut down in the middle of the road. I was lucky enough to coast into the right side of the road and stop. I popped the hood and found out that the battery that was being used was the same size used for small cars. New battery, not a big deal! Then came the alternater, then the transmission, brakes, front and back differentials etc. I also have 3 friends who have done business with these guys. They also feel ripped off and will never be doing business with 5 Star Auto Direct in the future.

I have spent several hours in dealerships over the last 3 months. I'm fed up. So, I found Five Star. A five star review for a five star company actually named "Five Star."
Finally an honest car company. Their employees are not sales guys they are more like consultants, so you don't have to worry about all the sleeziness you get from other dealers. They actually advised me on what cars are reliable and which cars are not. I've learned so much dealing with them. I'm just glad I don't have to sit in a dealer for eternity.response / report this review -

Enthusiastic, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable for personalized service in finding just what we were looking for. And all without the lousy experience of hassling all day and sitting in an office while the salesman played games with you!!

Our experience with Five Star Auto was flawless! They found a car with the exact qualifications we were looking for and made sure it was in fantastic condition. It was a really quick process which we appreciated, because we needed an extra car as soon as possible. We also love the fact that they delivered our car right to us! I totally recommend Five Star Auto to anyone looking for an amazing car-buying experience with fast, quality service.

Would give zero stars if possible. I bought a Buick Enclave from them. They promised to fix any issues they found with it during their inspection. However, I got the car, and within 5 miles the check engine light turned on. I asked the owner/CEO Roger for the "pre-sale inspection" report that they did, and it shows the Engine light was on. Also have text messages saying they needed to "reset the computer" to pass emissions. Roger said drive cycle resets are required whenever repairs are done. I told him my engine light came on and he said "we operate really skinny on these deals" and wouldn't back up his promise. Ended up costing $6,000 to get the car street legal (it came licensed from them so Roger refused to acknowledge any problems). Would never recommend them. Also their "in house experts" that review and fix your car it is a Big-O Tire. The whole idea sounds great, but these guys fail to deliver on their promise. Terrible (and very expensive) experience.

Five Star Auto Direct is the absolute best way to go!!! They sold my BMW for the most valuable price possible. My husband and I decided to buy a cheaper car for graduate school. Five Star found me a car that had only 72,000 miles for thousands less saving my husband and I money. Five Star also sold me my BMW at a great price, low mileage, and never had any problems. It was an amazing car for years. You tell them what your price range is, the cars you want, etc Five Star sent me a variety of possibilities with the cars and their complete history reports. I chose the car and they delivered it to my door. Amazing customer service. Five Star Auto Direct bends over backwards for their customers. So grateful for them, their great quality, values, time and thousands they have saved my family!!!
