  Good simple place work out. They may not have all the bells and whistles but they have a solid selection of weight machines and free weights.
  
  If you're more into cardio, the machines are older (and fewer) but they work.
  
  No AC (just fans) for summer and not much in the way of heating so be prepared to make your own heat or sweat off the pounds. :)
