Welcome to our New Fit Factory Little Rock. Family owned and operated by Jeff, Angela, Tyler, and Conner Lawrence. I've been in the fitness business for 22 years and during that time I've specialized in weight loss. I can prove that all it takes is 30 minutes a day, with our game plan, to lose on average 11 lbs. per month! Fit Factory has great amenities, Cardio Theater to watch movies while you do cardio, Free Weights, Excellent Machines, Classes such as Boot Comp, Body sculpt, Yoga, Barre, Kickboxing, Zumba, and much more. Bring your kids, they will love our child care area also. You will never get in shape without proper nutrition. We have nutrition talks for members to help teach everyone how to eat to lose weight and keep it off. We also have the most effective Cross Training area that will give you the BEST 30 MINUTE Workout EVER!!! No need to spend and hour. Get in, get it done, and get out. The key is we all have that much time and that is all your need. For those that like to tan we have 3 really cool 15 minute tanning beds. And for after your workout we have a full smoothie bar to help you get replenished with a quality low calorie high protein smoothie.
