Monteleone was very rude for the past two years, he wasted vital time and never once followed up. I understand lawyers have other cases, but don’t ever promise one thing because you are use to dealing with easy cases. Next time let the big dawgs take the case and you should settle for the crumbs

This law firm is very professional and know what they are doing to help you. I met with Mr. Monteleone because my current attorney at the time was doing nothing for me and never returned my calls.

Mr. Monteleone took on my case. He immediately filed an extension with the judge.I was not aware but I was hitting the 2 year statute and my case would not have been able to be pursued. Thank goodness he was knowledgeable enough to quickly get that done!

His staff is caring, honest, very knowledgeable and are prompt with calls and emails. My case was difficult and they stuck by me to help me win! Thank you for all that you do!! Dawn

After talking with my lawyer that helped me out many years ago in a case that involved a fatal automobile accident, he informed me that he was not the lawyer for my case. He directed me and strongly encouraged me to seek out, what he called, "The best personal injury lawyer in town". David Monteleone of The Monteleone Law firm.

After calling to arrange a consultation of my case, Mr Monteleone returned my call personally the same day to discuss my personal injury incident of my wife and I being attacked by a loose pit-bull as we we're taking our early evening leisurely walk. To be completely honest,,, I never expected Mr. Monteleone to call me,, I expected one of his aids to call to discuss my situation. So to my surprise, not only did he return my call, but he took time out of his weekend to meet with us on a Saturday morning. That impressed me to say the lease.

After greeting us and formally introducing himself, Mr. Monteleone sat us down in his conference room and patiently listened to our case, was very respectful to address ALL of our questions and concerns and guided us in the best possible coarse to take regarding our situation.

Mr. Monteleone is not your typical "Lets take-em to court for all they got" lawyer! He is fair and balanced and will work hard for you. I am typically a very impatient person, so when I would call to inquirer about my case week after week after week, David was firm yet very tactful with me, explaining that cases like mine can take a lot of time and that I need to be what I am not,,, PATIENT. I apologized and thanked him for his hard work, his time and especially his patience dealing with me. Because of my patience and not bugging him all of the time,,, my case has gone from Bad to Great.
