I bought 62 comet fish from them on Wednesday and 24 have already died. When I called they said that the fish don't have a long life span and they blamed the fish and the water for their deaths. Never buying fish there again. Also bought a betta that only lasted two months before it died. That why I bought the comet fish to replace it

How does a pet store get away with selling puppies in 2022?? I cannot believe how sad these dogs looked. I had no idea this store sold dogs never mind how poor their enclosures were. I walked in, walked out, and I will never be back again.

Went to the fall river location. Maybe it was a bad day for them but i was not impressed at all. Was never greeted despite walking by two workers multiple times. No one really tried to help me and when i asked questions about products the woman really didnt have much to say. I bought an air pump for my aquarium and a check valve , the pump already had one and the woman failed to mention. Also very disappointed with the storage and care of the betta fishes. No better then your chain stores. Theyre stored in tiny plastic containers with one air hole and 2 were dead. Really nice. Also lots of dead fish in the filters. Overall will never be back place is junk.

Cool fish and large selection of fresh and salt. Floor is a bit rough but they were working hard keeping the animals happy. Some kittens, puppies, reptiles, and birds too.
