First off I would like to say after 10 years plus we had been faithful to fiscal tax after passing up other big name tax companys..we decided to keep our business the same..here is where everything changed..after we filed our 2015 taxes all was great..one day we get a irs letter stating we owed state tax ..we investigated found that the guy made an error.no big deal ..we give everyone the benefit of a mistake. ..this year we filed..with FISCAL TAX AGAIN..
3 weeks went buy we here everyone else got their checks..so we do some digging and find another error this time the state is screwed up AGAIN!!! we already paid our 300 dollar fee and had to go back and fix the problem instead of owing 400 bucks which the OWNER HIMSELF SAID ..YOU GUYS JUST MADE TOO MUCHIT WAS HIS WORKER AND HIM BOTH WRONG. .WE GOT TOLD DON'T WORRY ABOUT EVERYONE ELSE'S TAXES..IT WILL ALL BE OK..WELL WE LEARNED OUR LESSON AND WILL NEVER PAY OUTRAGEOUS FEES AGAIN ..THE OWNER WAS RUDE. NEVER APOLOGIZED THOUGHT WE WERE STUPID AND WOULD NOT CATCH IT..FYI STAY AWAY FROM FISCAL TAX..IF YOU DON'T WANT ERRORS YEARS LATER FROM THE IRS!!response / report this review -

Very polite but did not explain that if ur paying ur fees outta ur check ur refund goes to them 1st then u gotta wait for them to cut u a check

Place is great! Been there for probably 6+ years. They've always gotten the most back for me, they are nice and explain anything I want to know. It feels more personal and like they actually care about me. I'd recommend them (and do) to everyone!

Fiscal Tax is the best! They do a great job every year with our personal and business taxes. They make doing taxes as stress-free as it can be!
