This is the worse bank EVER! Stay away. There was no line, two workers and one at the desk. Two others were chatting in doorway of an office. The lady at the desk said she doesn't think they do a foreign exchange but I should wait for the tellers to find out I waited 20 minutes ask them if I can sit down because I said I felt like I was going to pass out. I just finished doing some yard work and I haven't shower to change yet because I want to catch the bank before it closed. They could have stopped me from waiting online and told me they didn't do foreign exchanges but no one did. And when they did all the guys kept saying over and over and over again was unfortunately unfortunately unfortunately made me sick to my stomach I would not recommend anyone go here.

We switched our personal and business accounts from two of the BIG BANKS over to First Fidelity Bank in 2006 (back then it was still Western Security). The employees of FFB have always taken amazing care of our personal and business banking matters. You speak with a real person when you deal with FFB, you do not get stuck in an automated loop of frustration. We have referred other companies and our customers to this bank for their own checking & savings needs as well as for personal loans. If you hate dealing with big banks, consider making the switch to a bank with professional warmth and personality, as well as the financial products need. You'll be safe with First Fidelity Bank. Staff are always quick friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond for anything I need. They've been quick to resolve any issues that come up. Would recommend anyone to bank here. Have been so happy with them the past year I've banked here.
