  Robert, Levi, and Phil took us out for an amazing trip. Great customer service, very professional, and overall an extremely enjoyable experience. Their boat fits a maximum of 6 divers so it is a very personal and relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended, especially with their boat setup, since the other companies in the Keys take a big boat with tons of divers (think school bus full of divers) and the water gets crowded.
  
  Would absolutely go with Finz again. We went to Vandenburg and Marker 32, both excellent dives. Rental gear was great, no complaints.

  We booked dives with Finz on a Tuesday for dives on the Friday. By Wednesday we realized we were unable to attend the dives so emailed to cancel our reservation. Turns out the $100 deposit we left was non-refundable, a feature they did not disclose at the time of our booking. I've been diving for many years and have never come across a dive shop that would be so heavy-handed. The staff did seem nice but this is a poor customer service and a forewarning to any future customers who run into a similar situation.

  Great dive with my kids tailored to our wants. 2 of my kids were able to spear fish for the first time and had a blast shooting their first fish. Sophia is the best dive master on the planet and Robert is an excellent Captain. My family had an excellent dive experience and I would highly recommend this dive shop.

  I have nothing but great things to say about Finz. Quality service, with a caring and passionate staff. I met a super sweet girl, her name is Sophia, she was so helpful and we got to talking about how driven she is and how she went to school to pursue her dream as a dive master and professional research diving. I had such a great experience and will be back!!!!

  Robert and his crew are soooooo great!!! It was my first time diving in the Keys and they made my experience the best I have ever had! The smaller boat made for a much better diving experience than I ever expected and their customer service is out of this world. Thank you guys for an unforgettable trip. Can't wait to come back next year!
