This would not feed my girl friend after having major surgery having a baby, they would not feed her anything saying there was no food in this hospital, she had to say here until here baby could come home, she went 3 days with out eating because this hospital said they had no food they wanted to give her. Go to mercy hospital where they take great care of you and will also feed the hungry, finally is no good.

I had gone to the doctors where I lived before due to severe pain between my beasts so they did some tests. Ends up being a non functioning gallbladder so I needed it to be removed. Then I move over here and had to get a new doctor and start all over basically. One day the pain was so bad I had to go to the ER. They treated me wonderfully here and my surgery was scheduled that same week. Amazing place filled with amazing people!

"Dr" Luke Casey is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I came in after heavily bleeding with clotting for days and all he did was gave me a pregnancy test after I told him there was no possible way I was pregnant and refused to give me a pelvic exam and refused to check for cysts (which I was there for prior). He insisted it "wasn't necessary" and then proceeded to tell me "he wasn't going to give me narcotics" when I never asked for them. He also told me it was okay that I was popping 14 ibuprofen a day. Then told me he's only going to give me "emergency room care"whatever that means. EVERY time I have dealt with this "doctor" he's an ass. There are gas station attendants that get fired for much less so I don't quite understand how a doctor can act this way and still be able to interact with other people. I will also be filing a formal complaint against him and encourage anyone else who has experienced this to do the same. I am done seeing people in the medical field that lack serious compassion or are too lazy and want to do the bare minimum.

Dr. Dara Parvin, a supposed orthopedic spine specialist, is the rudest, most condescending, arrogant, waste of time doctor on this planet. My 76-year-old dad, who struggles to walk, went to see Dr. Parvin (more than once) for debilitating back and hip pain. Dr. Parvin did nothing! Offered nothing, no relief, suggestions or ideas for my dad's pain whatsoever! NOTHING! Referred to hip replacement surgery as "an elective surgery, like plastic surgery". What the heck is that!? My dad left that appointment broken and defeated. My personal goal is to raise awareness about the inept lack of abilities, moral code and compassion of Dr. Parvin. He's a horrible doctor and a more horrible human being. But hey, he did take my dad's money and got paid for doing not one damn thing! Shame on you Dr. Parvin!!!!!

I called them to get information about chemical dependency treatment. The receptionist didn't know who to connect me to, she gave me employee health? I ended up with an answering machine. I called back and just asked for a social worker, this also ended with an answering machine. I ended up calling Mercy Medical Center in Dubuque and getting the info I needed very easily and quickly.
