I usually shop on the website and pick up in store. This store usually has a lot of clearance items in stock.
Rude girl attended us. Just disliked how my mom was spoken to. She was apparently sick but it's no excuse. Suck it up you're here to work and give great customer service.
My 5 year old son received a pair of shoes for his birthday from his grandma for his first upcoming basketball season starting in 2 months. My son had never worn the shoes until being in the game indoors. After 5 minutes he was in a great deal of pain and had a blister when I took his shoes off.
I went to the Finish Line to exchange the shoes for a pair that would work better, but the manager said it was out of the 45 day return window. I explained the situation and that they were only worn for a few minutes and she said,"Nobody will buy these." But when customer service for Finish Line called her, she said that the shoes were in great condition.
I am a middle school and high school coach in the area and will steer any business away from this store, including my own and hopefully yours.
Rude management has no place in my opinion!
