Very understaffed at all times. It's really too much on the wait for any service you need in that day.
The customer service leaves much to be desired. There are two signs that indicate one line is business and the other is everyone else. Regular line will be long, someone walks in, get's in the business line and they are the next one helped. Maybe I'm missing the point? They are always really busy, which I get. But they have no sense of urgency and will talk amongst themselves or to a single customer for an eternity. They charge A LOT to get a check cashed, even if it is a 5/3 check. And the different kinds of accounts you can get... confusing. Highly DO NOT recommend.
stood in line for 5-7 minutes to ask for a personal banker to help with an online banking issue. the teller told me to wait in the chairs, someone will be out shortly. 15 mins passed and not one person offered to help or to see if I had been helped yet. poor customer service & follow through.
Horrible bank for businesses they won't even give you change from a business deposit. They won't take a deposit through The drive-through. Very rude manager.
