  Fichners is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. What they quoted is what I paid. Crew showed up at 7:00 am and left at 8:00 pm. Job done perfectly. Came back next morning for final clean up and inspection. I can't think of one thing they could have done better.

  Twice we had Fichtner out for a quote and twice they have gone above and beyond. The first time, my husband was out of town and they came to give us a quote for a repair on the roof. While the technician was here, he cleared a clump of leaves from our downspout that was causing a wall of rain to spill over - at NO CHARGE. The second time the technician told us a simple fix for a problem that we could do ourselves. I will not hesitate to call on them again when we need repairs or a new roof. I am so impressed by their customer service and integrity.

  Fichtner Services is a very professional company -- Their products and employees (owner to the crews) are outstanding. Communication is great, pricing is very competitive and their work product is excellent. We had a roof / gutter replacement + a few dry rotted boards replaced. The crews were on time, friendly and very conscientious. Follow-up on customer issues were prompt and professionally dealt with. I have worked with many contractors over the years and Fichtner is definitely very well managed and operated. I highly recommend Fichtner.

  First class contractor, I didn't have a huge job, which most contractors don't want to deal with, but they showed up when they said they would and did the job I paid them for, quickly and proficiently. I would recommend their services.

  First Class company. On-time, professional work, and a sincere follow-up call from Thomas Fichtner, President, to ensure that the work was done properly, and that his people satisfied us. We've had Fichtner in for three different jobs - one large, the others were maintenance on non-Fichtner work - in each case, they were a pleasure to deal with. Highly Recommended.

  We used Fichtner to clean our gutters. The guys arrived on time and spent a great deal of time cleaning out all of the debris and reinstalling the gutter guards. Very pleased with how quickly they were able to get us scheduled for service. Will definitely use them again next year.

  We recently purchased an 87-year-old house that has a slate roof. During a particularly violent windstorm recently, one of the slate tiles blew off the house. There aren't many companies locally who know how to work on slate, so I was relieved to learn that Fichtner was qualified to do the job. I'll admit up front that they aren't cheap; it cost $650 to replace one tile!! However, they are very professional, and apparently they do good work, as the roof isn't leaking. I would have given them five stars had the price been more reasonable, however.
