    Very poor service, the sales guy made false promises, for instance he said he will provide the key to our home but never did and we had to go there just to have those second set of keys. Also I have been trying to cancel my third party warranty since last 3 months but they just keep neglecting it. Worst customer service I have seen.

    I hope that sharing my experience would help others from being scammed. I went to purchase a certified vehicle from Feldman Chevrolet.

    1. During the deal, I was informed by the salesman Chris Quinn and finance manager Bill Groth, "Tire and Wheel Protection", "Gap Insurance" are included with the price. Two days later when I went through the invoice, it came to my notice that they added an additional $ 2000 for that.

    NO MATTER HOW MUCH THEY RUSH YOU INTO SIGNING THE PAPER, GO CAREFULLY THROUGH THE "VEHICLE PURCHASE AGREEMENT".

    2. I was told that the certification documents will be provided later. I am still waiting on it after 1 year from purchase.

    DO NOT MAKE THE PURCHASE UNLESS ALL THE WORK NEEDED ON THE VEHICLE, HAS BEEN COMPLETED.

    I am trying to contact them since an year to get the work done, they wouldn't even receive the call. It has been a very disappointing experience.

    After kindly saying, 'no thank you', to many upsells during an oil change, I came back to find the inside of my new truck nice and oiled up. Steering wheel was greasy enough to oil my hands. Driver seat had some sort of permanent oil stain. The headliner had what clearly looked like 2 fingers smearing grease/oil across it, above the passenger seat. The drivers floor mat is ruined from a greasy foot print.

    Last time I checked, this is considered 'Malicious destruction of private property' and is subject to prosecution. Judging by your reviews, your employees seem to regularly get revenge on customers by doing this, when they have a disagreement with your service center.

    Do not respond to this complaint with your generic reply. I already talked to your service manager about this only to be crushed with a bully attitude. I walked out shaking, I was so angry. What part of, YOU ARE WRONG and you did this on purpose, don't your employees get? The problem is NOT your low-level employees, it is your poor management and your holier-than-thou attitude throughout your dealership.

    This dealership will tell you they are the biggest and best in Michigan and can get you a better deal than any other. This is not true. After going in to look at a specific truck they said they had on the lot and didn’t, they told me they could get it. After locating one they then quoted me a lease price to beat another competitor. After agreeing to their offer and waiting till they got the truck in they then tried to rush me to sign the deal. I had already agreed to come in at a certain time and date to finalize everything, but they wanted to rush me in to sign. After stating I couldn’t come in until the day we agreed on they then told me they couldn’t offer the same deal. It wasn’t the end of the month or anything like that. It was literally 2 days later that I was to come in to sign everything. I urge anyone to shop around and don’t believe what they tell you here. If they promise a deal get it in writing and hold them to it. They weren’t even beating the deal they were just matching the one from the competitor. I wasted a week of my time dealing with this dealership for unkept promises of payments. When it came down to it they couldn’t live up to the deal they offered me.

    Update:
    Got a call from Matt the service director wanting to discuss and to see what they could do to make things better. Kudos for them finally reaching out. Was told to call this past week to make an appointment for a car detailing either on either Wed or Thursday.. I called on Tuesday and left Matt a message that Thursday would work and to call me back to confirm. Still waiting... Sound familiar? Jeesh!

    Made appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Supposed to take 40 minutes but ended up taking 2 hours. Ran into my next appointment which I had to delay with a customer. Car came back with oil in the passenger seat, on the hood and on the ceiling panel inside (how does that happen?). We have bought cars from here when it was Liberty and had a good experience. Not so much any more. Oh, I also told my advisor who at least followed up. Said he would have the service manager contact me, still waiting...

    Feldman of New Hudson is the BEST dealership!

    Tony Whiteman is the best car salesman by far. He is always available for any questions you may have, goes above and beyond for his customers and always has a smile on his face while doing 1048473 things at once.

    I recently had to bring my car into the collision center. I was immediately given a loaner and taken care of within 20 minutes. Anthony in the service center was fantastic and assisted me in my loaner on a busy Saturday. Katherine in the collision center was great too! She called and updated me on my car whenever she received information. Thanks for the great experience :)

    Feldman did such a wonderful job. Our salesman was Greg Green. He did absolutely everything he could and went well past his job as a salesman to make sure we were satisfied. We bought a 2017 Traverse and noticed before we left on a Saturday evening the radio unit wasn't working. Since service was closed we made an appointment to bring it back Monday. It turned out the repairs were going to be pretty extensive and one of the parts was on back order with no delivery estimation. Instead of making us wait they put us in another brand new Traverse on Thursday. They did a wonderful job working together to make sure we felt satisfied with our purchase.

    I am still in shock how fast my oil change was! Less than 30 minutes! That is the way it should be. I was disappointed there were not appointments available when I called earlier that Monday, however I walked right in and had the best service I have ever had at that location. Thank you! The detailing on the vehicle could have been a bit better on the simple wash I had but I was so impressed with how fast they finished the job!

    I had an excellent experience buying my new vehicles from Feldman. Nick and Kam were great! I never felt pressured and I walked away feeling like I got the best deal. Jeremiah in finance was extremely nice and honest. Overall a good experience. I will be going back for my next vehicle.

    I had made an appointment for routine service and they were able to look at and do a repair for me at the same time. I was thrilled to have everything taken care of on one visit. Everyone was very nice and helpful and the work was done very quickly and I drove away in a clean car.

    Feldman Chevrolet @NewHudson has always been great at doing what they can to make me happy. They are honest with you, tell you what you can do, and let you know what is possible. A good dealership to try out if you are looking for a new Chevrolet.

    Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They made sure I understood my options and the entire process before moving forward. They went out of their way, and even stayed late, to ensure that I got the best deal possible. I will go back.
