Do you like having the food you ordered delivered to the wrong table, and watching other people enjoy it for free? And do you like being treated very rudely when you try to resolve the situation? Then this is the place for you! It's made even better by drinking fountains that don't work, all the toilets in the men's restroom being clogged, and all of the staff being incredibly rude.
Seriously. This place sucks. Avoid at all costs.
Worst experience of my life. We were told we'd be getting our Lane once our number motified us via a cool little vibrational device. After paying, then heading to the restaurant to wait our "thirty minutes" We ordered, and waited approximately 45 minutes just for the food, my partner didn't even receive his food, my youngest son didn't get his entire plate, we asked kindly to speak to a manager, whom was already speaking to several other customers that were all upset as well. After an hour plus, our number notified us it was time to finally go bowling, we ended up waiting in a long line, nearly out the doors and once we finally got to the desk, no one was available because of other customers cutting in line and asking questions.. we handed them our number and they said "We're sorry, it'll be at least another hour, you didn't get up to the desk fast enough therefore we had to give your lane away" I couldn't even believe the disrespect, as we turn to go, the same person who told us no more lanes open, says to a larger group that they had four lanes open for them, and because we had to stand in line again, these customers were ones that had just come in and stood behind us. We'll NEVER go back. This place is run by young teenagers that can't be mature or professional. It's truly sad. Don't waist your time or money.
I've been to the Fat Cats in Rexburg, Idaho and between the two, that one is better. This one is only half the size, but if you want to go bowling, play in the arcade, or play mini golf then this is as good a place as any. I'm giving it 3 stars though because it's a pretty family friendly place but it's just not as good as the other one I've been to. The company tries to keep things clean, but they can't fully compensate for other patrons. There's no smoking inside, which is a plus, especially if you're bringing small children here. They change the bowling shoes pretty regularly so you can expect to have good shoes when you rent here. All in all, it's a pretty fun place.
The bowling lanes are fun but the games are not the best. Food was good and normal prices for a place like that. The employees for the bowling lanes are the reason they got 3 stars my 5 year old son could have been more polite and did a better job!
Such a fun place to go bowl and play arcade games, the glow golf is always fun for the kids. The new bar area is awesome and there is also pool tables. If you haven't been in a while go check it out.
Had a lot of fun here! I love how they are open until 1am on the weekends. Makes it a good place to go with friends when you don't want to go home yet, but you need something to do! Their different price specials during the week are really nice. Loved the music too! We danced while we bowled. Quite the sight to be seen. Interested in going back for their mini golf!
I go here a lot for the dollar bowling in the summer but man it is hot in there. The thermostat is set to 81 degrees. Way too hot. And the place isn't very clean, actually it's extremely messy. If it weren't for games only being a dollar I would not go here.
I had a great time. I went while they were doing 99 cents per player and another 99 cents for shoe rental promotion. I went with a party of 7, and a toddler I read bad reviews about the front desk staff.. But the girl who helped us out was awesome. I don't remember her name, but she was kind and professional. We had pizza.. Pretty simple pizza.. We got 2 pitchers each about $5 bucks. French fries were good. Good seasoning. The arcade is pretty expensive.. Pretty much all are $1 to play. Over all, i had a good time.. And will enjoy the memories.
Awesome black light miniature golf. We did the family deal for bowling and had a blast. The pizza was actually awesome and the bread sticks are amazing.
I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! This place is completely unorganized. We put our name down on a waiting list for bowling and were told we would get a text when a lane came open. So we went to the pizza place in the building as we waited. After ordering our food, we had to tell the staff to fill the salad bowl for the salad bar. We didn't even get our bread sticks we ordered, or the calzone that I ordered. The manager came over and comped our meal begging us to come back and "give them another chance". I finally got the text saying our lane was open but to hurry before they gave our lane to someone else. So I ran to the register to get my lane and was told I had to stand in line again. By this time the line was out the door. They just lost my business for life.
The only pleasant experience we had was with the security surprisingly. He was kind enough to offer bumpers for our 3 year old bowler. Service was awful, the girl didn't even speak when she slammed our food on table. They wouldn't come pick it up either and just left a mess in front of us. Crowded and seating was difficult to take turns getting in. Food was terrible and just an awful experience.
It's great, the staff can have their off days but everyone does. Prices are reasonable for the offering, the arcade is modern, kept updated and rarely out of order. Great fun for the whole family
Pretty great staff. Willing to work with you and help you with your need. It has a fun atmosphere and they accommodate large parties. All around a place to go and have fun.
