We have been coming here for years. We bought all her princess dresses when she was little. Now that she is older there are still lots of great dresses. We came here for a black dress for her violin recital. So many great dresses to chose from. Just wish the schools would start having formal events again so we could buy more dresses.

Horrible customer service- No assistance on the floor or trying on dresses even after I inquired. Girl w/ dreadlocks played on her phone the entire time, ignoring us. Dress selection is nice, however many are damaged, probably as result of people trying on w/ no assistance. Any women know you need help zipping up a dress. Lee Fashions in Chesapeake have same dresses, more styles and white glove service-customer service is excellent. I won’t be back here.

I don’t use to write reviews, but this store deserve a pretty good review. LOVE THE STORE, LOVE THE CLOTHES AND THE VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have EVERYTHING for ANY SPECIAL OCCASION. You can get dress there from the top of your head, until the bottom of your foot. Very good. I loved it. Very good and affordable prices. Very cute jewelry. They’re size runs smalls, but they have everything for everybody. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

The worst customer service! Walking through the door was I greeted properly and was told if I needed any help someone would be happy to help me. That person that said that, I guess left for the day. The group that I came in with was prepared to spend way over $3000 for some dresses, and more if we would have gotten shoes from them it would have been morebut the customer service was so beneath poor that I refuse to spend any of my money in that store. One of the wedding dresses smelled like it came straight out of a fish market. The owners really need to reevaluate their staff!
