Business Policies:
1. All orders must be paid through an invoice which will be sent to you via email. No cash or checks will be accepted.
2. Orders will be started once invoices are paid in full.
3. Each item we create is handcrafted. Please allow 10-14 business days to recieve your order.
4. Orders not picked up within 30 days of completion notice will be subject to resale.
5. We offer shipping nationwide.
6. Custom ordes may not be returned or exchanged. We are happy to work with you to ensure that you are a satisfied customer.
7. Order cancelations must be made within 24 hours of invoice payment.
8. We do not offer family and friend discounts. This helps us stay responsible to you and ensures that we get your order to you in a timely manner and in the best quality possible.
