  When Mark used to run this Company it was good. Since Timothy took over i cant get any one to Answer phone or call back . In the last Year i have tryed to to call for a house refinance and it took 2 weeks to get it done . I tryed to put car on policy and it took about a week to do it . Monday i called to take a car off of policy and Today is Thursday no call . So im on my way to anythere agent so i can take my business elsewhere. I gave them plenty of chances

  Mark Buckley and his office staff has ALWAYS gone out of their way to accommodate my needs. This particular agent is a pleasure to deal with. Courteous and professional Mark does his best to secure me the most bang for my buck. I highly recommend Mark and his staff because I trust them after all these year's. Thanks Mark !

  Mark Buckley at Farmers is the best agent! He takes his time with any questions my husband and I ever have. He takes care of us every step of the way with any and every claim we have ever had. We have all of our policies with Mark including our life policy. 20 years and counting. Thank you!

  Mark and his associates have been so helpful and professional throughout the past 10 years with all of my policies. They never disappoint! I have my Cars, Home and Business policies with Mark, very convenient to have all in one! They always answer the phone Immediately or will call you back within 15 minutes. They're Great!!!

  There are three things I looked for when picking an insurance agent: 1) Did I feel I could trust them? 2) Would they explain my options to me in terms I could understand 3) If there were questions and/or problems after I purchased the policy, would they be there to resolve them? In every situation, Mark exceeded my expectations. He was responsive, interceded on my behalf with the corporate office when some issues arose and was always available to answer my questions about policy coverage scope, limitations and exclusions. He always, always, always made me feel that I was his most important client, even though he has thousands.
