  Pats has been a great agent for over 10 years but his employee Julie has no customer service skills what so ever and is always rude. Plus if you ever want to be covered for a claim go elsewhere because Farmers insurance denied every claim I ever filed except for the one claim caused by an act of god (hail storm) and I had to fight tooth and nail to get them to cover it. I used to be an agent for Farmers so I knew if I fought enough they would eventually pay which they did but they hate to pay claims. So consider that when shopping for insurance. And another thing, rather than giving me a phone call and being professional they sent me a letter stating they dont want to insure my rental home or commercial property any longer after 10 years with no claims and premiums that they increased every year they felt the risk was too high. So in other words look elsewhere for your insurance needs. Look to Allstate or any other alternative because Farmers will leave you dissappointed and holding the bag if you file a claim.

  I have had the pleasure working with Henderson Financial and Insurance Services for over 15 years. From all forms of insurance to investments, Pat and his staff have always been extremely helpful and courteous. I have referred countless others over the years and will continue to support Henderson Financial for years to come. I consider Pat a friend.

  My wife and Ihave been with Pat Henderson for about 10 years. We recently went
  in for a review of our existing policy, we flooded him with questions we had. He
  answered what he could, and what he wasn,t sure of he got on the phone and found
  what we wanted to know and then some. He even made time to chat about things not
  related. It was a very pleasant visit. We would gladly recommend Pat.

  I have been working for Mr. Henderson since March 2014. I call his clients in the evenings to set appointments, his clients are very happy with the service they receive from Pat, they tell me they know Pat will take care of them and they don't care how much more they might save with another insurance company they would not switch. I have worked for several Farmers agents in the Chico and surrounding areas, Pat truly cares about his clients, when they have a death in the family he will contact them several times to make sure they are doing well. If they miss an appointment he has me call them to make sure everything is okay with them. Most insurance agents are like car salesman, they give you a line of BS just to keep the clients business. Pat's relationship and his service to his clients is what makes his business what it is. Excellent customer service

  I have known Pat professionally for many years. He has been reliable, courteous, and is always speedy when getting back to clients. I have referred and recommended several of my own clients to Pat and they are extremely pleased with his services. I will continue to support his business.
