  Is the national chain of haircutters where are you can get going to get your haircut fairly quickly by professionals really friendly staff nice and clean inside.

  My mom and I have been going here for 10+ years. We enjoy all of the staff. We always feel like we get more than what we pay for. We have used them for trims, style changes, highlights and eyebrows. My husband now goes and he loves his haircuts from them too.

  I went to Fantastic Sams on West Central today. I asked for a uniform cut but showed the stylist the hair style I wanted with longer hair. My hair was the length I felt that would work. I showed her a second picture and told her I wanted JUST the nape of the neck to look like. I HAVE 1/2 THE HAIR I HAD WHEN I WALKED IN THAT PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The hair color I got at the same Fantastic Sams about 3-4 weeks ago is totally faded out and no coverage of gray. I saw to older ladies leave that place today with perfect hair. NOT MINE!!!!!!!!!!!! I stopped going there about 2 years ago because of a similiar experience but that stylist no longer works there. I AM TOTALLY DEVASTATED! DON'T EVER, EVER, EVER GO TO THAT PLACE. It is so true that you get what you pay for. Cheaper prices doesn't mean quality. I cannot believe I have 1/2 the amount of hair I had before I went there. I AM SO DEVASTATED!

  Used to be my favorite place to go for years, but everytime I've went this year I've had bad service. recently I came in at 545 to get highlights (my hair is short and i don't have thick hair, its pretty thin.) Amber told me that they close at 730 and wouldnt be able to do it for me.. an hour and 45 minutes??? really? you can't do it? I guess you don't want the service or a tip. Honestly Amber should have been let go many years ago, pushing service out of the door. I won't go to the fantastic sams on central ever again.

  i got my hair highlighted at fantastic sams and they did a very good job. It looked perfect. But now I'm wanting to dye my hair dark red and want a professional to do it... I read the other review for this salon, and I'm not sure I want to go here to dye my whole head dark red... sounds like a risk after reading the review...

  Avoid this fantastic Sams.... your hair will thank you later. I got my hair colored at this location. The color was supposed to be brown with a little hint of red. They were out of the color I wanted so Misty suggested that she mix two colors together to get the same color. About 3/4 of the way through my color, she ran out of color and MIXED THE WRONG COLOR. The bottom of my hair was almost black and the top was the same color as ketchup. They were about to close they made me pay and then leave to come back the next day to get it fixed. They wanted to CHARGE me to fix my hair. Corporate wouldn't do anything. Finally after enough complaining, the manager told me to come into the store and that she would fix my hair.... only she told me to come in on her day off and had a girl named Amber refund my money and then threaten to call the cops on me. After I got home later that day, Amber called me to tell me I was banned from their store.... AS IF I would ever have anybody from there do my hair again. RUN FAR FAR AWAY.
