    Bought a floor model in late 2014. Deal? Not really. First the contracted electrician hooked it up to 220v incorrectly. Then it had SIX VISITS to figure out why the lights weren't right (spoiler: wrong feature pack). Service department comps me a free filter for my trouble ... wrong filter, bro! Just after installation, we repaired a leak in the PVC pipe fittings. Last winter we replaced a crappy valve that made the waterfall not shut off. This past spring we repaired a second leak, this time a faulty impeller on the water pump (which I had to research the HELL out of on my own because once again Family Leisure gave the wrong part info). Now three years later there is a FOURTH LEAK in a different place, who knows where that even is. I'm not wasting my time with FL because they can't do their jobs, and I am FOR SURE never purchasing costly equipment from them again. AVOID!!!!!!!

    Tropic Seas Spas, purchased at Family Leisure short of a year ago has been nothing less than issues, repairs, problems down to will never prime once it is drained and cleaned. Was told when purchased it was their top model. Well, not so much. My previous spa was the cheapest one at the store, and it was perfection. Never once did it need a repair. I would not recommend this Tropic product to anyone. Money down the drain....

    UPDATE: Owner/Manager read this post in November, personally phoned me and offered any assistance to honor their tub, and make sure that I would be happy. Apologized for now knowing how often the spa had to be repaired and committed to make it right. Greatly Appreciated! I will trade up after the holidays...

    I recently purchased an Inground pool and I was very impressed with Family Leisure. I'm very satisfied with everything. They told me what I needed to know by explaining the process in great detail. I've heard many horror stories about people getting pools built. I shopped around but found my sales person Garry to be the most credible of the people I encountered shopping.
    Along the way there were a couple irritations but they were more than understanding about my concerns and always addressed those concerns
    effectively. Thank you FL team, you made our dream of owning a pool possible but most of all pleasurable!!!!

    Ken Nolan at Family Leisure is amazing. He answered all my questions and didn't even blink any eye when I asked about trying one out to see if I liked a certain tub. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. We are happy with our purchase and feel like we got exactly what we needed. THANKS for all the help Ken.

    I love the variety and the knowledgable staff, John K. was awesome. We are making plans and he was very insightful. Although we didn't buy on our last trip, we can now make plans for what we want and we will only buy there.

    Got a great deal on hot tub! I got a fair deal on a very quality above ground pool. Both delivered and installed. The best thing is if a part breaks they give you another one no question ask. Service team is always there for me to guide me in opening my pool and closing my pool. They never rush me off the pool and offer to come out if I really need them too. Here what sets this company apart from the rest....YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! That means product and service. I've been a customer for 2 years now and I feel well taken care of.

    Had a pool installed 04/2017 and it's been a disaster. The installers damaged out concrete patio and our new asphalt driveway with their equipment. We had a pool installed 10 years ago and it was great but now they hire subcontractors that can't installed a pool. They left the paperwork in the yard and didn't properly install the pool. Had to get another service man over that day to fix it right. We had to get with the subcontractors insurance and they did pay for the patio but not the driveway because the driver is dodging all calls. The service manager Glenn is very rude and unprofessional and will not stand behind the company! Do yourself an favor and Go somewhere else. This company has really gone downhill. BUYER BEWARE!

    I recently moved from California to Tennessee. I've had pools all my life but the house I moved into did not have one. The public pool by my house was inhospitable and did not suit my need for privacy. I googled family leisure and decided to check the prices. To my surprise, they were FAR CHEAPER than the local competition! The salesman I had was great, and the service team helped me with every issue I encountered. Great experience, would highly recommend!

    Service tech came to my house. Would not quit until he had answers. Problem was actually on my end but he changed parts and tested then put mine back on, because they were good. Saved me bundles. Thank you. I highly recommend them

    Worst experience I have ever had. They didn't finish the install and never bolted down the pool caps. We scheduled them to come out on three different occasions and took time off work to be home. They never once showed up. They are still not on. We were closing the pool and realized they didn't set up our filtering system. We couldn't understand why couldn't get our pool to clear up all summer and tried everything. Then when we closed it, guess what? The system they installed barely had one bag of sand.

    Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

    I bought a new Hot tub from them 4 years ago. Delivery went smoothly and that hot tub was amazing. I always used their chemicals and never had a problem. Before I bought this hot tub I went to hot tub and spa places in person to get prices and warranty information because as you know you can't find the stuff online. Family leisure had the best price for a hot tub. And the lifetime warranty on the hot tub was a great asset for when we sold our house last year.

    I just bought a house with an inground pool built by them and it's a fantastic pool. We had a spa come with our new house and we needed help having it assessed.

    Family Leisure recommended Bill, A spa contractor to come to our house and do the job. he overcharged us and took advantage of us and not only did he not finish the job but he pressured us into paying him cash only and stupidly told us how he likes to keep money from the IRS. My husband drove to the bank to get the money for him in cash in the middle of the day because he put so much pressure on us and we felt that if he was recommended by such a great company that he would still do the job and we were desperate to have this hot tub that was new to us in good working order after multiple failed attempts at fixing it on our own.
    On a quick sidenote I hired an inspector from Atlantic pools which was a very bad idea as he overcharged us and did not do proper inspections so I'm putting that out there to not ever hire that company.
    I went to family leisure to buy some chemicals and I told the staff about my experience with Bill. The staff had compassion on me and the manager came and took over. I did not expect any help I just thought I was screwed and would possibly have to buy a new hot tub. The manager came to my house personally and assessed the situation and free of charge to me the company fixed our hot tub with the parts that Bill said were no longer made. Furthermore the manager had a talk with Bill about him overcharging me and ranting about cash only and then not even following through with what he promised he would do. I am very happy with the service from this company and if I ever have any questions I like to go in there personally and get help. I find that's a better way to get assistance than calling on the phone (I'd called about Bill and the other guys seemed to be covering for him but once in person I talked to the women st the front and they set everything in motion to be resolved) and I like how you can bring in your water samples and they will sell you the correct product to fix it. It was so sweet that after this ordeal they even gave my daughter some free gifts which definitely help me feel better

    Nice selection, however their online inventory does not reflect what they sell locally. The salesmen for the pool tables didn't seem interested in even speaking to us because we were wanting a table we had been looking at online. The false tv advertisements about their clearance closeout prices for these pool tables seems to be another area where they say one thing and offer another. Buyer be warned!
